   Awful customer service by SUMIT, would not accept return of faulty electrical item that was within the 30 day policy. Infact it was within 7 days of the 30... the product was faulty and did not work. He told me I had to go through manufacturer directly. This is breaking trading laws. Took item to another argos store where the problem was solved straight away!

   Excellent service earlier this evening- just finished ordering on the screen, went to the till and the assistant came out with my order, no time waiting at all. I noticed they couldn’t do enough for other customers and were attentive to all. I will definitely be going here again.

   Absolutely appalling attitude from the female manager today on the phone re the fact that one of the items I had returned that morning in store had not been refunded correctly. I was made to feel as though I hadn't returned it - I was told they would need to 'check cameras' and they could not take my word for it After a few minutes it was identified that the fault was from their end - her colleague had the item and had just not processed it correctly. She refunded it for me but no apology as to how she had spoken to me. Disgusting attitude. If you can't be polite to customers on the phone or in person you should not be working in a customer service based role

   This experience i found to be extremely poor. Got a call from customer advisor that the item i ordered for delivery was in fact out of stock which Id ordered 3 hours previous for same day delivery. They wanted to rebook but unfortunately my diary is full so they suggested id collect in store with out even thinking of offering a refund for delivery. When i asked about this they said "oh no, you'd still ahve to pay that" umm excuse me, your screw up not mine! Refunding my card takes them 7 days but yet i now need to go elsewhere to find another item i require. So much for the customer is always right....

   Argos always comes through when nobody else in the local area can. Cannot find that new laundry basket at another store? Argos will have one and if they done, will order it in for potentially next day pickup. If you need household appliances, to purchase a birthday gift or to find something for your kitchen, they'll likely have it.

   Bad experience. Ordered a bowl online to collect here, prepaid of course. First they messed up the date and the notification arrived by email 4 days later than the promised but in the store they did know anything about the order, they reordered and then nothing happened, then went to ask what happened, they said they cancelled the order, and the second order was in waiting phase cuz meanwhile they rose price. Notification of cancellation arrived again a few days after... then went to complain and get the money back. Screw you Argos. Never will order anything at you..
