   I am beyond furious with Co-op right now. I placed an order for a full shop of groceries, and what did they send me? A single box of Red Bull. That’s it. Nothing from my list — just a random box of energy drinks I NEVER asked for. How do you mess up an order that badly? I paid for actual groceries, not a caffeine care package. This isn’t just a small mistake, it’s absolute incompetence. I expected better from Co-op, but if this is how they handle orders, I wouldn’t trust them with a shopping list ever again. Sort your service out, this is ridiculous.

   There is only one member of staff that is decent in here, the rest of them try and make you use self service by the way of ignoring you.. when you ask for a bag they just throw it at you, when I used to work in a supermarket I would just pack it for the customer as it was more efficient and polite, but they are a bit work adverse in here. This is proven by the fact it says they are open until 10pm but close the store at 9.30pm!

   Very clean, beautiful, modern with great staff. The smell of fresh baked pastries awake your buddies. Very fresh comfort food. Custard Donuts, taramasalata (taste) I use to seasoning lettuce salad, tomatoes and cucumber with freshly baked French bread. This shop could be in any upmarket area in the world.
