   They need to take some responsibility for the services they provide, some time ago I wanted to get a passport photo and was advised by an assistant not to use the machine because it didn't always work. I asked why it hadn't been fixed and she said something like, it was nothing to do with Co-op and was an outside company, pretty poor I thought! I recently wanted to top up my gas pre paid meter card but after queuing was told system was not working and manager said she didn't know when it would be fixed and didn't seem to care, it was xmas eve so people could be left without heating since very few places offer the service. Co-op seems to have some very poor staff and services but I guess you get what you pay for and I would imagine the pay is pretty low. Perhaps start paying the staff a better wage then the service would improve, assuming those at the top even care. Take responsibility for the services you provide and provide good reliable services. You should be called Cock-up not Co-op!

   Dreadful noise from your self-service coffee machine when the door is open (and for some minutes nobody in attendance). Customers should not be subjected to this level of decibel unless it is some kind of emergency.

   I’m disappointed that Co-op has removed all cash payment options from self-checkouts. This creates unfair barriers for disabled and elderly customers who rely on cash and may breach the Equality Act 2010. Please reinstate at least one cash-accepting self-checkout in each store to ensure accessibility and fairness for everyone. BIG DISCRIMINATION AND UNFAIR TREATMENT

   So bad☹️☹️The security guard was aggressive, rude, disrespectful, told me not to walk out of the store without giving reasons, and made a disgusting, insulting and intimidating face that I felt. Fear ordered me to follow him without giving any reason just to check if I had paid for the product I had purchased and not to apologize for what he had done rudely. with me and also shouted, Didn't care at all as I didn't do anything wrong, he was so bad employee with a very rude nature, I swear I would never go shopping there.

   Love this supermarket. Bright, wide open n full of stock. I like it’s modern style layout. Chiller n frozen cabinet looks great. Wine section is really cool. Even its prices r bit high than other supermarkets but still it’s so convenient to have this in our area. On top of that, very big free car park at the rear, making it more easy to shop there. There’s a post office inside too so have more reasons to shop there.

   Such a huge fan of the staff in this store, they all seem to enjoy their work, will have a joke around and are generally just nice. They have a great selection for such a small store - including hot Costa coffee and breakfast - and have fresh daily baked goods. Well worth joining their members club if you live nearby.
