Took my dog in for a medication review and the vet (George) was friendly, professional, showed great empathy and made visiting the vets a nice experience. George represents Pinfolds in a very positive way.
I would highly recommend Pinfold Vets to anyone. The staff are lovely and really understand how you feel about your pets and treat them with love, care and attention. I have had nothing but exemplary service and my 3 cats have the best treatment from them. The team of George, Amy and Ruth are fantastic - so personable and friendly and my cats love them. Guaranteed a warm friendly welcome. The receptionist and vet are very relaxed and immediately put my dog at ease. No rushing and allowing plenty of time to talk to and reassure the dog, and a little treat here and there! Always willing to give advice and reassurance when needed. This practice is all about the animals.
