   I honestly cannot recommend this Co-op. Prices are far too high compared to other supermarkets, and the value for money just isn’t there. The food rotation is very poorly managed—you can even find expired products still sitting on the shelves, which is unacceptable. Another issue is the way shoplifting is handled. Most of the time, it seems like people can just take whatever they want without being stopped, but when the manager is around, things turn aggressive. I’ve seen him physically drag people outside the store, away from cameras, instead of handling the situation properly. Overall, it’s overpriced, poorly managed, and doesn’t feel like a safe or trustworthy place to shop. Definitely not worth it.

   I want to complain about the treatment of customers by the person who appears to be the manager. He is aggressive upon entering the store, even refusing to let in customers he doesn't like and rudely sending them away. I've even seen him fight with some homeless people at the exit on the right, where there seems to be no cameras. I don't think this is the proper way to treat people and his customers.

   This is an alright alternative to the nearby Lidle. This review has 2 stars because of some recent anti-customer changes about meal deals. I was a frequent customer for lunch, as meal deal is only £4, which is great, and it included a small bottle of orange juice as well. Due to a recent change, orange juice (£2) is not an option anymore as part of a meal deal, but a more expensive (£3) Redd Bull is still there. Moreover, I choose the premium meal deal today, as it was advertised it's £5.50. However, the till charged me £6. I approached a member of staff, who told me to check again. She was right: with very tiny letters, the sign mentions that this price is for members only. This is an unprecedented level of being anti-customer, and I am never going back.

   Been a regular customer here for years now with no issues, then they changed management to Jackline and now everytime I come in there's issues with no anchovies or early closures. Don't know whats going on but she's not very friendly either.

   Can we get an explanation as to why this store closes 2-3 hours before closing time on a frequent basis? Customers will try to enter the shop around 20:30 - 21:00, only for the door to be closed. Staff will mostly ignore customers and try to tell them to come back in 30mins to an hour, not giving them a reason why. What's going on? Seriously inconvenient when trying to get your parcels.
