   Terrible. Rude staff in the morning. Waited to make a purchase at the till for far too long while they chatted with a what appeared to be a friend. I ended up leaving without my purchase as they were clearly unbothered to ring me up even after trying to flag their attention.

He was truly professional and guided me through the entire process of collecting my parcel. Additionally, I sent two parcels, and he helped me with every step.    This shop is constantly changing their prices with no regard for regular costumers! I go to other shops in area and they do not do that ! Last week I bought one item for £1.49 ,today the same item is £1.99 which is almost 33% increase, well over the inflation! Isn't first time . Few months ago they increased oil for almost £4 when other shops had for £2.50 max! They will find any excuse to increase the prices due to their greed . I'm gonna stop going there entirely!

   Staff didn't accept my Collect+ return parcel, claiming that the "machine was broken". In reality they didn't accept it because my the box was big (although within the Collect+ size limit).

   I'm not sure why so many people have a problem at this store. It's a solid little place, open 24hrs, and has a wide selection including candy, office supplies, condiments, meals, and pet food. Never had a single issue there, used to visit 4 or 5 times a week before I moved away.
