Don’t take notice of the opening hours here, they’re wrong. Says open until midnight… got there at 11.02 and was rudely told it is closed.
Mega place with lots of food ready to eat. Excellent to have before you depart or after you arrive hungry. Reasonable prices and clean place which is good thing considering the amount of people who visit this shop om daily basis.
If i could give 0 stars i would I got food poisining from this shop the crides are always broken and im assuming theu dont change the food once the fridges are turnt back on I got w a fruit pot, some pasta salad and a tumeric shot And have been throwing up with diorreah since! Please be very careful in thos shop its so disgussting
Please check on your on the go coffee shop. I was the only customer at 10am today and felt they were not too bothered. 2 members of staff and it took them 10 min to do my £3.60 oat latte because they could not find oat drink in the fridges. Seriously, that's not M& S level of service. I won't get back.
Insect in salads. Contacted M&S customer service but they refused to process the claim as I didn’t print my receipt.
Staff is most unhelpful, especially Ranjith at the cashiers, he couldn’t solve any issues we had, when we asked questions he said we should go figure out ourselves, he doesn’t know anything. What does such an assistant do then, what is their purpose?
Am currently on crutches and the staff here were extremely helpful: walked around with me holding my basket so I didn’t have to carry it, scanned my items and packed my backpack for me!! Thank you!
Only 2 cashpoints open with a queue of 12 people (all wanting to catch trains). Staff unable to help as limited English spoken & rather unhelpful. I had to interrupt two members of staff (who were chatting to each other & not interested in me) to open up other cash points & they didn’t understand me, despite my asking them several times. Not acceptable M&S !
If you go to this store with your own shopping bag and do the shopping using your own bag you will be treated as if you won't pay them, which is what the staff told me when I was at the till. If you wanna use your own bag you have to use their basket first and then your bag and this way you won't be considered as a thief which is again what the staff told me when I used my bag. Very poor in store management from Marks and Spencer who has at least 10 cameras pointed on your face during shopping anyway. I always use my own bags wherever I go shopping to reduce plastic use and I never heard something like this in my life.
Not a lot of variety at this store as it is small. Not always open as well.
