Loved my previous vets, the staff were wonderful until we met the one that wasn't. Given our dog is in her twilight years we wanted to be registered where we felt comfortable. Thanks for having us and see you in the new year for the next round of nails and glands!
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Booking an appointment was so easy, parking outside, extremely helpful, friendly staff and the vet was just brilliant. Agatha the Labrador is looking forward to her next appointment and I'm feeling really relaxed about it. Highly recommend.
Lovely reception staff, thorough vet. Saw us swiftly to get our adopted stray kitten wormed, flea treated, and vaccinated. Discovered he's a couple of weeks older than we thought, but happy to hear he is healthy. Already booked our next appointment for our little boy.
Was so kind and thoughtful to my babies on their 1st visit. Will definitely be using them again 100%.

We have been going to Dove Vets for close to 30 years. When the management changed we were concerned, and initially did not have a great experience with the new vet. However, the vetinary nurses here are amazing, so we stuck it out. Our dog, a bullterrier called Lola is very nervous and panicky of the vets and we needed the vet to take our comments and those of the nurses into consideration, which didn't seem to be happening. Anyway, I am so glad we did stick it out, because not only are the amazing nurses still there who have known Lola for years, but they have a wonderful vet - Zoe who has recently arrived. Not only does Zoe listen to our concerns, but Lola seems to love her and we didn't even need to leave her soft muzzle on. She's not muzzled because she is viicous, but she has an instant fight or flight reaction - she doesn't want to fight, so goes into an instant quaking in her boots panic. For the first time in years, these fears seems to be going away. We are definitely now not moving vets and would absolutely recommend Zoe and the amazing veterinary nurses to everyone
This vet practice has completely gone down hill since Dove vet James Donaldson departed. I ordered some worming tablets and was charged £56. They took it upon themselves to include flea treatment when it was not required. And then refused a refund. A very expensive vet. I have been coming to this vet practice for 25 years and have had excellent service. I shall not be returning again.
