   I’ve used this Nisa Local several times for Amazon returns because it’s conveniently on my route and listed as a label-less and package-less drop-off location. In the past, returns have always been handled quickly without any issues — the staff would package the item and attach the label as expected. However, during my most recent visit, I was met with unexpected attitude and frustration from the person behind the counter, who seemed annoyed that I didn’t bring my own packaging. I explained that Amazon clearly states that no packaging is required for this particular drop-off point, but I was told that packaging costs them money. If that’s the case, it’s an issue between the store and Amazon, not the customer — especially when the service is advertised as package-less. My item was eventually placed in a small carrier bag and labelled, but the negative interaction has unfortunately put me off returning here. I’ve always supported local businesses, but customer service matters, and I’ll be choosing a different parcel shop going forward.

   This is my local and has been for years. Stock as you might expect and does stock Co-op products too, as well as some other big brands and their own. Fruit & veg section is a bit hit and miss but their chocolate bar selection is superb which is the most important thing! The staff are fantastic and always have been. They are extremely helpful, proactive and are always busy on the shop floor. They communicate well and deal with things swiftly. I'm rarely impressed these days but I've always thought this shop was really well managed in every respect.

   Staff are always friendly and helpful. The prices may not be the cheapest, but a reasonable selection for a small corner shop, and staff are constantly replenishing the shelves. As to the carrier bag charge - this is a law implemented by the government to help prevent plastic pollution a few years ago.

Good selection of fresh fruit, vegetables and bread plus some amazing monthly deals! Staff friendly, pleasant and helpful. I use this store on a daily basis. They sell co op branded items and well as there own brand

   Too expensive, choc digestive biscuits (small pack) £2.00, please!! There are many items overpriced. Oh and in addition, those tiny black carrier bags, that you get free at every off license/ grocery shopping, to put beer or small items in, THEY HAVE decided to charge you 5p for, this is and absolute liberty and joke.
