The worst Argos! I went to collect my henry hoover and the two lady staffs who were there on 15.11 morning at 10am told me, my order was collected! Looks like they have given the order to some stranger! Pathetic! Itβs a shame to Argos for having staffs like this! Those two lady staffs ruined my day!Avoid this Argos to save yourself! And the funny part is that, i could cancel my order online! Hoping i will get a refund! Their online support is worthless!

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with customer service, and it was all down to a colleague named Thamina. She was extremely rude and shutting in front of my6 years old child which is never be accepted.she makes me feel like I was burden, her attitude extremely bad towards me This is not just poor service - it is unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to in the way I was. If this is the standard of staff being employed, I strongly encourage management to seriously review Thamina's behaviour, as she is damaging your company's reputation. Frankly, someone with such an attitude should not be in a customer-facing role.

I had a terrible experience at Ilford Argos. I purchased a brand new pair of AirPods Pro 3, only to find out they were used. When I connected them for the first time, another personβs name showed up on the AirPods, which clearly proves they had been used before. When I went back to return them, the staff member Mouna was extremely rude and insisted that there was βno way they could be used if the box had been closed when I bought it.β However, the worker who originally sold them to me came over and told her to just give me a refund, adding βIβll tell you later whatβs going on here just give him the refundβwhich makes it obvious that something dodgy was happening. Instead of apologising or taking responsibility, Mouna was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the process. The whole situation was shocking, and the customer service was absolutely awful. I will not be shopping at Argos again after this experience.

No customer should ever be spoken to in the way I was. If this is the standard of staff being employed, I strongly encourage management to seriously review Thaminaβs behaviour, as she is damaging your companyβs reputation. Frankly, someone with such an attitude should not be in a customer-facing role. I will not be returning after this experience, and Iβll be telling all my friends and family to avoid this place as well. A business cannot survive if it allows people like Thamina to treat loyal customers this way.

2 people only working and there is 7 people in the queue and both workers on the till are just chit chatting with customers about the weather change and the other one about something different product or argos. I mean just casually chit chatting while people are in there lunch break trying to get things . Very slow very relaxed and not enough staff living a big store . Very poor

Would of given a 5 star rating the store staff and everything else is very good but the only problem is parking if you need to collect a large item that's definitely not convenient as your car will be far away its better to go Beckton branch instead for small purchases or Sunday visit its better

The customer service was absolutely awful. The staff members were rude and had no manners. We told one of the Bengali women who wore a scarf to talk to the manager but she gave us some random staff instead. Made us wait endlessly. WOULD RECOMMEND TO GO TO OTHER BRANCHES. MUCH NICE STAFF THERE

The staff was very helpful at checkout. She helped in placing a order for delivery. People like her makes a difference at business/work. The only thing not good about Argos Ilford that no network coverage inside the store.
