   I visited the store today 30/12/2025 at around 1pm -3pm. I was served by two very unpleasant women in their late 60s they both looked miserable and no proper customer service was offered to me. None of them said thank you or greeted me. I would not recommend this store. Please kindly train your customers to respect all customers regardless of their race, age, class, religion etc. It would be good if this store had washing powder in stock.

   I went to Mark and Spence today and I had an extremely professional service from Marleen in the cafe. We had a little chat while she made a coffee for me. She was such a smile, full of positive energy it was such a lifting experience.

   I visited M&S around 11:15 am and went to the bakery. The store manager was shouting at a staff member in the bakery , and it was so loud we could hear it from across the area. My friend and I felt compelled to check if she was okay. It’s completely out of line to address staff issues in front of customers and colleagues. M&S values respect and professionalism, and this behaviour definitely doesn’t reflect that.

   Staff have been friendly and helpful on the 5 times I've visited in the last few months. Especially cheery and engaging in the food hall. Service elsewhere is a bit on the light side and I've sometimes had to wait a while buying clothes, but never longer than 5-8 mins. It's a good store, kept clean and service above average for shops in the centre. Keep up the good work, try to ensure there are enough staff on the one till available for non-food purchases. I ride a bicycle, so the option for ONLY paper bags at the self-service checkouts is useless as they invariably rip or get wet in the rain. Apart from that, it's a pretty good M&S store, thank you :-D

   Good shop to have in Lewisham Town Centre - only issue is with the bakery. No fresh baked goods / bread until about 10am each morning. Not ideal.

   Not very helpful to Disabled customers at this store. No Disabled counter. I went few days ago to collect a parcel, queue was huge so I knew I wouldn’t manage to stand that long as my mobility is limited and walk with stick. Was on life support 4 months. Anyway I asked a middle aged plain clothes lady possibly supervisor if someone could please get my parcel omg she was so dismissive told me to just get in queue, I explained I can’t stand for long she said well you will just have to queue. Then as I walk away she said to young girl she was training on till, OH PEOPLE REALLY DO TRY IT ON she needs to queue like everyone. UNKIND & UNPROFESSIONAL

   I had a bra fitting at this shop and the bra fitter (Sharon) was really nice and understanding. She explained things in a way that was very comforting and nice to hear. I think I’ll definitely come here again

   Great selection of food, drinks and alcohol, I love the kids section and adult bits and bobs too. Friendly staff and a great selection of ready meals. Quite convenient to get to and get my bits and bobs. Prices are good for the quality. Definitely recommend.
