Nice people, but way too many outdated products on the shelves. Good to have some selection of Eastern Europen foods, near home. Not huge though. Also some products like lady fingers are not always available in big supermarkets nearby so it's great that it is possible to find them in Nisa. But guys, you need to do something with outdated products. It's really annoying and not safe.

Only been a handful of times and always felt VERY uneasy/uncomfortable/unwelcome. Staff sometimes following me around or intensely watching (but trying to hide it of course.) In a way I’d notice wasn’t being done to others shopping around me. Makes me suspect racial profiling. And I’m never the type to play the ‘race card.’ I even tried brushing it off the first couple instances. But I simply can’t anymore. Hence, the review. Makes you feel like a criminal/thief even if not. Additionally, selling expired items. As stated by other reviews. (I’ve also witnessed them being informed of this in person. Yet still, no change.) Furthermore, the prices displayed, frequently not matching when you finally get to checkout. We’re in a cost of living crisis. Many of us, only have just enough to survive. So, when shopping, will naturally have a budget. So you can imagine how embarrassing and humiliating it feels to get to the front desk and have to return certain items. When you realise it costs more than what they’d advertised on the shelves. Even £1 makes the world of a difference for some of us. And I have social anxiety, so never bring it up to them. But I shouldn’t have to. That’s their job as shop keepers. If you’re going to run a business, run it well or not at all! I’ve cried to my sick mum over my experiences there and said I never want to go back but she says it’s a free country and I should be able to shop wherever. I only ever go there as a last result now. HORRIFIC!!! I’d strongly suggest people shop elsewhere. They also frequently just mumble in their language in front of u. Makes you wonder if they’re gossiping about you. (And there’s nothing wrong with speaking your language. But surely you’d wait till AFTER you’re done dealing with a customer.) No emotional intelligence or discretion of reading the room whatsoever. ***UPDATE YOUR SHELVES TO ENSURE THE CORRECT PRICES ARE DISPLAYED, SO PEOPLE ARE NOT BAMBOOZLED WHEN IT’S TIME TO PAY!!!!!!!!***

On three separate occasions, and 3 of only 4 times I have been in this shop the cashier has tried to charge me significantly more for products that they are priced on the shelf (amost twice as much). Then, when I let them know the prices are different, rather than charging the label price and updating the price on the shelf they start an argument with you about it. Don't bother, there's a much nicer shop a few minutes shop up the road

Great location! Have lived here since 2005, and this was definitely needed as the last 2 corner shops closed down years ago! Very convenient and staff are very helpful and polite, shop fully stocked for all your everyday needs and necessities! very clean and tidy!

Great location. Been living around the neighbourhood for over 3years and apart from the big Sainsbury's and M&S on the main road, the convenience stores are quite sparse. They have a good inventory of necessities for that emergency top up of supplies. The store was clean and well organised. And the staff were friendly and helpful.
