   Horrible owners, had dpd dropped our parcel there. Went to pick up, the dude was so not interested, did not even acknowledge the package was there. He spoke very little english but we convinced him to check and it was infact there. He kept asking what was inside the package as it was fairly large and had fragile written on it. Why does he need to know what is inside our package? Just scan it give it back to us. Appalling attitude from the man behind the counter, who is probably the owner. He wont be running that shop for very long with that rubbish attitude. Seriously, it was a really frustrating experience which absolutely infuriated me, almost lost it. Avoid this shop at all cost there is something fishy and shady about it.

   Pretty rubbish for collecting in post parcels. I’ve been to collect parcels twice and they’ve been unable to find them. They just say the parcels aren’t there and walk away. Rubbish attitude.

   Listed as a Royal Mail collection point yet every single time you go in they say "royal mail labels dont work" and refuse to put any effort in to figure out why. Royal Mail if you machine doesn't work fix it, if not remove this store from your list of authorised collect locations!

   Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would. This shop has gone downhill since the new owners took over. Yodel is always 'not working' then shrugs his shoulders and walks away, he really could not care less. Makes me wonder if it actually was not working or if he just truly can't be bothered to do this job. The previous owners were wonderful people, always happy to help and actually apologetic if the machine was not working (even though it was not their fault).

   New owners are horrible and super rude. Don’t like when people are coming to collect/send parcels. Refused to accept my parcel as “it was too big” and “there was no space to store it”. I explained that the item fits the dimensions as per Yodel website, but the guy said “I don’t care, you can complain”… very unprofessional. People are paying for their items being delivered to the store and the store is getting paid as well for that! Will not use that store again and complained to Yodel. Previous owners were very nice and helpful/friendly
