Absolutely shit service. Purchased a clothes dryer, collapsed in a month and they said I broke it.. I clearly showed them it broke on the pivot point, but they blamed me. Amazon here I come. NEVER will I buy from Argos again!
Purchased an item (camera) that I will say is ranged between 2-300£ mark. I tried to return the product because I wasn’t satisfied and before while I was initially purchasing I spoke with the manager and he said I can return it as long as it’s in pretty much the same condition to which I went home and tried for honestly like 5 minutes. Anyways I tried to return today and they said they can’t do it firstly were saying it’ll have to be considered damaged because of a finger print. To which I said I can clean it, I popped next door to give it a little wipe and returned again and they didn’t believe that this is how the camera came to the point they brought out the same model and drew comparisons (I felt incredibly disrespected because it almost felt like they were trying to say I’ve brought it back in a dodgy box). The woman still didn’t accept my return saying there’s still a fingerprint and I left the store saying they have too much time on their hands to be doing thorough checks. P.S. don’t purchase items from here and test it out because you’ll risk your finger print marks on it.
I use this store all the time and have always been impressed with how quickly I’m seen to and how quickly I receive my items for collection. Just have the collection code ready and you’ll have your item in moments. Well done to the team there and keep up the good work!
I popped into this store about a week ago after I had my phone stolen just within a week of buying it just to try my luck and see if I could get any help , the manager at this store named ADNA was very tone death and told me it was my fault this was really insensitive as I was physically robbed for all my items and still was and still am traumatised, she then repeated herself and said it’s your fault I can’t help you and had such a horrible disgusting attitude, I will never return here and be served by such a horrible women
What has happened to this store, no more items on display even the jewellery section, store looks empty, high street shop are dead.
Went here to purchase my tefal pan and tefal steam iron. Price way cheaper than where I came from. Recommended

We bought new bourn baby stuff and it was really amazing. You can find multiple range of the products in great price. Our recent visit we found store was clean and tidy. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
