    Worst Customer Service and Return Policy – Avoid Argos I recently bought a laptop from Argos and honestly regret ever setting foot in their store. The laptop completely stopped working just 31 days after I collected it. You would think that a company of Argos’ size would stand behind the products they sell, but the moment I reached out to customer service, the whole experience went downhill fast. Not only were the staff rude in Leytonstone and Walthamstow stores , dismissive, and totally unprofessional, they also showed no interest in trying to help me resolve the issue. I was basically told, β€œIt’s not our problem anymore,” simply because it was one day past their 30-day return policy. It felt like they couldn’t care less once they had taken my money. Their returns and aftercare policy is absolutely rubbish. It doesn’t protect customers at all, especially when you buy something as expensive and important as a laptop. A product that fails after just over a month is clearly faulty, yet Argos would rather push you away than take responsibility. I’ve dealt with other retailers before when products went wrong, and most of them are willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Argos, on the other hand, couldn’t be bothered. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced – rude, impersonal, and unwilling to listen. I will never shop at Argos again, and I strongly warn others to think twice before buying anything important from them. If something goes wrong (which in my case happened almost immediately), you’ll find yourself abandoned with no support and a lot of wasted money.

    I went to collect an online order for PokΓ©mon cards, but was told the packages had β€œgone missing.” This has never happened in my 10 years as an Argos customer, and it’s very disappointing. Given how in-demand these items are, it feels hard to believe they simply disappeared. I expected better handling of stock and customer orders.

    I have collected my Ebay order from here today. I found myself in a system (theoretically), which worked efficiently. The employees of the store were polite, helpful and even can say friendly. Overall, it was a nice experience visiting this place;)

    One of the better Argos’s with most of items in stock. Best to order click and collect beat all the queues but I’ve found this one always to be quick with hardly any problems except for the parking. You can find some on the side roads as the main road has a 15mins no return 2 hours Monday-Saturday during peak hours.

    This store is bad its the worse store ive been in the customer service is terrible I was cueing up for 10 mins before the staff could be bothered to go to the tills and then some customer from the collection section just walked over 2 them and the just served him even tho they can see there is a cue already I said there's a lie and the stuff just looked at me and carried on serving him this is not how you treat you customers making them feel that they are not valued i will not be going back to this stop im upset and disappointed and very annoyed with they way those stop operates

    Great service, very fast and efficient. I was able to exchange my item with no hassle and the staff were lovely and helpful. Will definitely be going to this branch again the next time I need something from Argos.

    be careful from one of their colleague name saj, he mistreated my sis yesterday. She bought Air fryer and immediately inside store she opened box to check Air fryer. As it was too big she asked him to return, he refused her as she opened box! His concern box is damaged because she opened it, and he cant sell to another customer! worst kind of animalistic behaviour she received from this guy. Some of their colleagues are really nice but many of them shows worst attitude with customer. Another day I saw another colleague (bangladeshi age approx. 25/27), asked one middle aged man for id to prove 18+! the guy was so much fraustated and left store from his behaviour. Even manager wanted to serve the customer but this young lad didnt let it happen and manager seemed helpless (one white guy).I really felt bad and later when it was my turn he was talking like roadman and he was laughing about other customer's fraustation. I think Argos should consider recruiting strong manager for this store. And stop recruiting all these roadman. Guys be careful with this store! Edited: appa this saj is manager here, by looking at some other reviews this guy is worse kind of animal. i will be contacting with head office to make them aware about this animal.
