Very poor couster services.wanted to buy a product,didott have bR code was at till and told the cashier that it was £ q15..he told me wait Nd started serving next person..so left buying the item.
Bought today milko Tasimo pods they never gave me are receipt and when I got home looked at date and they are best before 21-6-2025 so out of date wasted £3.99
Good store in Romford, a variety of brand name products. Have to say the security guard by the front entrance is very friendly and always says hello.
Racist! The CASHIER LADY was RACIST. Didn’t say A WORD to me even not just “pay by card or cash?” Not a single word i repeat BUT she was quite polite and greet white people before and after me. Is it because I’m asian?? I dress up and smell nice. Even i greet her first. Lady with black hair, def not native, but being so racist by acting differently based on her preferences to customer, at least thats what I felt straight away. I really hope the management team does a couching or something for that.
Friendly staff who always go above and beyond,asked for an item they went through the delivery and found the items I needed which was awesome as they were a present for my son's birthday,

Alot of household and kids stuff at bargain price.
No Pork Scratchings. No Hi Life Cat food pouches. No Swarfega or any hand cleaner. Bit of a let down really to be honest.
Couldnt find what I was looking for, staff were unhelpful, I ended up going to a bigger branch where I completed my purchases with ease and staff were lovely
Despite me visiting this store on several occasions this time I was really disappointed. I picked some items from sale aisle and took to check out. Cashier scanned and I paid. I checked my receipt and realised I paid more than I expected. I had to queue again and then she called her manager to check the price. She took one item away and didn’t even refund it. Then I realised she only had refunded one item and once again I had to queue up . It wasn’t easy to do this with two young children. I was shocked since I have never experienced this behaviour in this shop before. Cashier never bother to apologise for their mistakes. Just to say it will help to check your receipt when purchasing the items to avoid any hassle.
