   Ist Time at B&M KIDBROOKE DISGRACEFUL : I Parked for 18 mins, spent £3.00 but the Fine cost me £40, Before I went I even went on B&M Website for opening times and it says We Have Plenty of Parking !!!!! Shameful for all B&M customers they didnt add to the website PLEASE BE AWARE OF PARKING RESTRICTIONS............. and not even a sign at the tills or the exit saying Have You Added your Number Plate For Parking... Great Service NOT...

   AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!! Or the cost may be £40 to £70. When you shop here you have to go to a computer and enter your car's registration. If you don't then you are charged a fortune. I have been a loyal customer ever since this place opened before lockdown, but this is unacceptable. I am never shopping here again and I advice others to avoid it as well. Stick to Lidl or Sainsbury's at Bugsby's Way. They register the parking automatically. They do not charge you for being absent-minded.

   I will never visit this branch again I parked here for 33 mins and received a fine they have hardly any signage and when I called customer service they refused to help and said the shop can’t help either that I have to pay a fine to park as a customer in B&M. Which is £40. I have had this same issue with other company’s and there car parks and they have wavered the tickets every-time this is absolutely disgusting and a scam to there own customers I will never go to that branch ever again and strongly advise everyone to avoid at all costs. Their own staff don’t even prompt their own customers about the parking. Disgusting customer service.

   Be careful when parking here! I visited in January with no issues, but in February, I was hit with a £70 fine because, apparently, you now need to register your number plate. There were no visible machines, no signs (at least none that stood out), and staff didn’t mention anything. If you do park here, make sure to check for any new parking rules and keep your receipts!

   Located in a tiny 2 store retail park - has an Aldi next door. Great for budget shopping but car park was absolutely rammed when we went around 3:30pm on Saturday. Spent ages trying to find a space.

   I was looking for some folding chairs. I have checked online to see in wich store they have stock and they told me that they have a really good stock of chairs in this store. I drove all the way from Croydon to get there and to be told that they are sold out. They should really update their website and give accurate information as it's not fair on customers.
