   Extremely impressed,I have traveled all over and this small hotel ,is exactly as described in advert one of a few, breakfast is excellent, room comfortable,calm and it's seems like a small deluxe hotel, I stayed in hotels like Dorchester, savoy ect and this is as good on a smaller scale and in some ways better. Rooms are spotless, shower separate for my room it's clean and spacious which is better than being in room cramped .I no hesitation but to recommend this small hotel , little video of breakfast simple but good .

   This is such a fantastic place to stay. We stayed here as a ( adult )family of four using three rooms, the Cambridge suite, the wysall room and the pink room ( which is a single bedded room). Nicky was lovely and managed to accommodate our daughter who joined us at short notice for a wedding nearby. Nicky gave us tea coffee and shortbread ( yummy) on arrival and we also took tea in the garden on the Sunday morning before breakfast as it was such a beautiful day. The breakfast was delicious. A buffet of fresh fruit and cereals and yoghurt with a choice of full English breakfast to follow or smoked salmon. Absolutely beautiful house with a lovely host. Would definitely return again and would recommend. Many thanks Nicky!!!

   Fabulous guest house run by Nicki who greeted us with the best cake and tea I've eaten in a long time. Comfortable bed and great shower in wonderfully eclectic rooms. The breakfast was amazing; what a spread! Dog friendly. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

   Stayed at hrempis farm for 1 night as we were at a wedding nearby. Nicky was brilliant. A very warm welcome and was lovely throughout. The cooked breakfast was amazing! The house is stunning. We stayed in the stanford suite which was very clean and comfortable and the library looked incredible. Would definitely recommend
