   Had a great experience today at Holland and Barett today. I was quite lost and confused as i was looking for some vitamins and having ao many options i was getting too anxious,, and then a kind gentleman Ros.. helped me so kindly and advised me accordingly. He really made me feel welcomed. I must say he is very knowledge and knows how to treat his customers. Only if all had the same attitude ... I can assure you that people would want to walk into shops again. Thank you once again Ros and well done to H&B for having such dedicated employees.. I am surely and definitely coming back.

   Excellent store. Great service and very knowledgeable staff. He knew exactly how to treat his customers and was very professional. Staff overall are quite friendly. I am pleased will definitely go there again. The store was well stocked and clean and had all what i wanted.

   Called into this branch last Wednesday and I certainly wont be going back. I strayed into their stock room and the large glasses wear guy started screaming at me to get out. O apologised but he continued to scream for me to get out. I left the shop. He needs a lesson in customer care.
