Ross is the man of the store. I have got the best customer skills from him. Customer service excellent. The way he recommended the product. Definitely he is the asset for the store.
Went in to the shop to buy my nutrition bits and it was sooo bloody cold freezing.. what made me feel sick about the store is the poor lad and girl in the shop. .... they were absolutely freezing.. but bless them, the lad had a warm welcome smile on him, he helped me out so gracefully .. the guys there do their jobs with such dedication. Shame on HOLLAND AND BARRETT for treating their staff this way. I was shocked to know that they had NO DOOR .. SO THIS MEANS THE STAFF AND THEIR CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE FREEZING ..AND THEY DO NOT CARE Where is the health and safety standards.... all these big croonies. care all about the profits and their gains..whilst they are all warm in their mansions .... I really felt for these guys theree.... hope they find some way to keep themselves warm in the coming days...I was so cold I could not wait there any longer... i normally shop at the Dartford store but decided to come here instead as it was closer to my daughter's Holland and Barrett .. sort this out for the sake of humanity .. Shame on you
Connor and Georgia were so friendly and it really made me want to come back to buy more! :) they helped me out with figuring out what products I wanted, and they had good knowledge of the product and it’s effects
Came today with my two children and aunt to buy some vitamins. Two ladies whose work there made us to feel like a potential thieves!!! One woman on the till was standing and looking straight on us when the other - younger one was constantly fallowing us, standing 1m away and pretending that she is doing something on the shelves. It was so uncomfortable feeling to be observed and followed by the person constantly. I couldn’t relax to read the labels in peace and compare the products. Just picked up quickly what I needed and we left very disgusted and humiliated. Next time I will definitely order online from H&B or Amazon but will never come back to Erith branch unless you change the ladies who works there. Also will write formal complaint to the company. They have cctv on the shop floor and it is easy for them/manager to check how our visit looked like.
The general manager who was on duty on both Sundays I have visited has been extremely unhelpful! I wanted an item which I couldn’t see, I asked her if there was any in storage and she said “yes but I can’t leave the store” and had the CHEEK to ask me- a CUSTOMER, if I could get a security guard from the shopping centre as her walkie talkie wasn’t working. Add insult to injury, she then asked if I could come back later- what when it suits you? No! That’s poor customer service! In all honesty, I don’t think she could have been bothered with my custom. Always an excuse- well Holland And Barrett Erith, well done for losing a customer I shall never set foot in this store again!
