   I had a very poor experience collecting my delivery from this shop. On two separate days, the staff member at the counter refused to check whether my parcel was there, claiming the system wasn’t working—she didn’t even attempt to scan my barcode. After contacting InPost customer service, I was told that they can still provide the parcel even if the system is down. When I returned to the shop, I asked the staff member again if she could at least check whether the parcel was there, but she refused, saying she had customers to serve—even though there was only one person in the shop, standing somewhere at the back and not waiting at the counter. She called the manager and been told to wait for him to come. After around 15 minutes, the manager finally arrived, asked for my barcode, scanned it, and the system worked immediately. Based on this experience, I do not recommend having your parcels delivered to this location. You are wasting your time!

   Great shop. Plenty of choice at reasonable price. The staff are absolutely amazing can't help you enough. They are all very polite and happy to help you. We had trouble with the lockers outside and the shop staff came outside and helped us sort the problem. Can't recommend this shop enough
