   A Dream! We casually walked in after seeing two rings in a window, we were greeted by lovely lady Demi who made our experience a dream come true. She was so patient in listening to our needs and wants, never once pushed us for a purchase, helped us as much as possible and beyond in getting best engagement rings on best deal, for our needs. We booked our appointment for another try on and honestly we cannot wait!

   My mum had been looking for a ruby ring to purchase with some money left by Dad, who sadly passed away. Together, we have been looking for 4 years for the one that captured my mum's eye. We went in to Ernest Jones just before Christmas and was greeted by a lovey young lady named Stevie. From the onset, we explained to Steve how important this ring was and how mum had to find 'the one'. Stevie listened intently to us and was very empathetic. My mum dithered a lot, but Stevie was patient and understanding. Not once did Stevie push my mum into a purchase. Stevie ordered my mum the ring to come in two different sizes, and a few weeks later, my mum returned to try on the rings. Again, Stevie never pushed for a sale. She really understood the importance of this ring and never pressured my mum on the time (we did take up a lot of Stevie's time). My mum went on to purchase the ring, and I know that the overall experience of dealing with Stevie was what made this sentimental purchase a lot easier. Thank you Stevie, you are an absolute asset to Ernest Jones.

   Visited today for the first time. Nigel ensured a great experience, he was so knowledgeable about the piece of jewellery, and the back story of Le Vian. There were no pushy sales tactics just genuine friendliness and professionalism. The lady assistants were equally amicable. Absolutely love my purchase and would highly recommend a visit!
