Went into the Nottingham store and Willow was really helpful and thorough, making sure to explain everything in detail to us. You can tell she is knowledgeable about the products and genuinely cares about helping the customer get what they want
We visited the Nottingham store today and was welcomed by a lovely lady called Hannah. We knew what we wanted to look at and was seated with a hot drink whilst we waited for them to be brought out. We were given lots of information on the watch and Hannah was more than willing to make sure we were happy with our purchase. She made sure it fit correctly and polished up before packaging. We were very happy with the service we received and will return again in the future.
Visited here to look at a watch when I was helped by Willow. She was patient whilst I was deciding and really helpful with explaining different payment methods, insurance and the basics of the watch. Definitely will be visiting again for my next purchase.
Me and my partner went in to look at rings,when approached by a sales person( spider to the fly) we told he our budget. We Sat down and was shown several rings to which my partner liked a couple of them. After about half an hour the young female sales person revealed the prices, over 3 times the budget we told her. She obviously on purpose was trying to make me feel bad in front of my partner as I couldn't afford the items but she offered me the option of getting into debt by having an installment plan. Disgusting sales tactics. Avoid this place if you don't want to get in debt.

Although I’m a total nightmare customer and so hard to get ahold of, the customer service here has always been amazing. Thank you to Simone, I know I’m a nuisance at getting in touch. But will be in soon to choose my new watch and claim my credit note I promise! There’s just too many nice watches to pick from!
Went into looking to purchase a Seiko Prospex Speed timer in the panda colour otherwise known online as a 'Seitona'. Beaverbrooks being one of only to have almost all colour options available to try in store. Staff are fantastic, knowledgable on everything I asked and discussed with them. Can't fault them at all and look forward to going in to make my next purchase with them.
