   I just wanted to deliver some feedback when visiting Berrys last week and was greeted by Fiona. She was very helpful and attentive and made me feel valued. While I visited number of jewellery shops that day this was by far the nicest experience I had and felt important to deliver feedback especially as not often impressed by customer service these days. While not ready to purchase yet once have available funds happy to come to Berry Notts again as my first choice and certainly found the experience and Omega brand together a great option for my future watch.

Their customer service was exceptional and they took time to make sure everything was perfect with the watch fitting.    Visited Berry’s Nottingham branch once again and was served by Carla who helped me choose my watch. Carla made the whole process a real treat, with her knowledge she took the time to make it a lovely experience with a glass or two of champagne also! I have bought several items of jewellery from Carla at this branch and always found her to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with nothing too much trouble as well as making it always an enjoyable experience.

   I can say that I am quite lucky, I always wanted to be a member of Patek Philippe’s family, and Carla helped me, of course I had to be patient (at least it tried to ;-)) and after a short wait I had my weekly calendar and few years later my beautiful iconic aquanaut steel bracelet probably one of the last in production. I just can be thankful for Carla’s excellent customer service and professionalism. Now just thinking of the next one in my collection :-) Cheers, and thanks once again

   We had a great shopping experience at Berry's Jewellers Nottingham today, specially thanks for the excellent service provided by Andrew Tse. He is very friendly, kind, patient with professional knowledge. He can speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English. This store is not our closest store, but we chose it because the excellent online consulation with Andrew Tse before deciding to visit the store. We travelled over 60 miles one way to get there. When entering into the shop, we were welcomed by the staff (later on, we have been told he was the Deputy Manager), once entered the store, the staff directed us to seat into one of the tables so that we can wait there to be served. I have priorly booked my appointment with Andrew and he showed up very quickly and presented the reserved watch that I was after. The whole shopping process was so smoothly and plesant. A lot of store staff also come to us to say HELLO to our dog as we brought our lovely BooBoo (a little Sheltie) with us this time. The store allowed us to bring the dog and the lady (later on, I have been told is Manager's wife, we had a lovely chat, she is very friendly and nice!). Thanks Andrew for facilitating us and also thanks for the lovely gift for our coming wedding anniversary from the Store Manager. I am sure we will come back for our future purchase.

   Being 21 and getting into watches, I thought most jewelers would not think im serious type of buyer. However Berrys have treated me like anyone else and the experience and the knowledge has been very grand. So far I have my Omega 300m Seamaster And a GMT Tudor and I cannot wait to buy more from my favourite jewelers.
