   Popped in to grab a gift for my niece’s 13th birthday and honestly couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to Marcus. We went in only planning to buy a bracelet, but Marcus was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive from the start. He took the time to show us a great range of charms, explained a really good deal on a second charm, and never once felt pushy. His attitude and knowledge made the whole experience enjoyable, and before we knew it we walked out with two charms and a bracelet. Massive shoutout to Marcus—top-tier service, an absolute credit to the store. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE

   Went to the Nottingham store today to get some jewellery for my daughter. Staff went above and beyond to help. Haven’t had customer service like that in a shop in a long time. Would highly recommend. Great service. And really nice jewellery for a great price.

   Went into store yesterday and was served by a young girl called Sabiah. She was so lovely and helpful in picking out pieces for my daughter’s 18th birthday. I walked in not having a clue about what to get and left with a big smile and some beautiful pieces. Many places have sales assistants who just want the sale and will do anything to make customers pay but she took her time with me and was very patient and understanding. She had lots of knowledge to share and even went through how to care for my jewellery that I own myself. Not usually one to leave reviews for places but felt she truly deserved this recognition and is an asset to Pandora. Nottingham is lucky to have her! My daughter ended up loving all the pieces we picked out together and I couldn’t have done it without Sabiah’s help so thank you to her for making my daughter’s 18th birthday that much more special.

   I came into store yesterday and I had such a wonderful experience at the Pandora store, with great thanks to the lovely girl who works there called Zara. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive and ready to help without being pushy which really made me feel at ease. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered suggestions that were spot on straight away and it felt like I was chatting with a friend the whole time and not just a sales assistant. Her knowledge of the jewellery was impressive, and she explained everything from the product to the after care perfectly. Even though we aren't local to Nottingham, we would definitely make a special trip back just to be served by her again. Thank you loads Zara

   I've had a wonderful experience at this store on two separate visits, and both times I was lucky enough to be served by Ruby. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Ruby took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Her professionalism and genuine customer care really stood out. If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Ruby - she truly goes above and beyond!

   Terrible service from one member of staff, too busy looking in a mirror in the virtually empty shop to get us a price on an item, then proceeded to talk to us in a condescending manner. When we produced Pandora jewellery I had purchased from this very store previously, she questioned whether it was genuine! I've spent hundreds of pounds in Nottingham pandora, but I won't be spending any more. She needs training on how to deal with customers who are there to spend money.

   Nice place for gifts, staff always friendly and willing to help, only downside is the wait in the queue over xmas period , store needs more staff, as this is quite annoying when u have limited time and prefer to view your items than buy them online etc,

   Customer service was poor. Arrived mid afternoon and the store was not busy at all. Looks very swanky. Did a full lap looking at merch and the moved to the centre counter to do try on with the wife and make a purchase. Lots of staff milling round with trays...... lots. We got moved 3 times so customers who came after us could be shown items..... politely trying to catch someone's eye became a staredown. I thought I was doing something wrong, like I needed to take a number from a ticket machine that was hidden from us.
