Solitaire are friendly, professional and helpful jewellers. We got our wedding bands and my engagement ring from here, and both times they were so helpful and very quick in getting the rings made! Would definitely buy from them again.
I went in with my inherited engagement ring in 2022 and Solitaire were able to make a bespoke wedding ring to fit it. Then, a couple of years ago, the band on my engagement ring snapped (resized by another jeweller!) The qoutes i had from elsewhere were really expensive. I popped into Solitaire last week and theh were able to do it for a much better price & polish my wedding ring! Great service and great pricing. Wish I'd thought to pop back sooner ! Definitely reccommend !

I had tried a out 7 different shops to get my wedding ring sized. Due to the style of the band a lot of goodmsiths turned me away or said they would have to send it off site and the would get back to me. I tried Solitaire as a literal last chance saloon and not only did the Smith come down and talk to me, he took me through different options and was so kind and attentive, wanting to make sure he got the right size for me. He quoted me a very good price and said come collect it in a week. I have just picked it up and the sizing work he did is fantastic!! I am so pleased I can now wear my ring with love and pride. This little shop has been a life saver for jewellery repairs! I don't know anywhere else that can do such quality repairs for such low prices, they saved my engagement ring after it snapped. & I thought it was all over when my very fine gold chain snapped in the middle, but £10 & a few days is all they need to fix it - perfect! Can't recommend them enough!
I called Solitaire Goldsmiths to ask about transferring a diamond from an old family ring to a new mount. I asked how many days it would take and how much it would cost. The gentleman on the phone was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He gave me an estimate for the price and how long it would take. They did an incredible job and my wife was very happy (and surprised)! If you are looking for new jewelry or want to refresh something old, I would definitely recommend this place. The service is very fast and the price is reasonable.
I had my bespoke engagement ring done in Solitaire as I had an exact idea how my ring should look like. I provided them with the pictures and they made my ring just like i wanted. Ring is absolutely stunning i got lot of compliments and even though i was waiting good while for it it was worth it. Price was very competitive and cheaper than other jewellers. Good customer service and they are always happy to help. Will have my wedding band made there too. Would definitely recommend and will come back.
