   A hidden gem, a small shop but its has everything you could possible need, stocked by an obviously very knowledgable owner/staff and I love that it has lots of healthy dog treats and raw food too as not all pet shops do. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help too.

   Took my sausage in from 8 weeks and have been back several times since. Very helpful friendly staff and is our go to shop for dog toys for my 3 boys! Great range of items for lots of pets birds hamsters fish dogs cats etc Great prices great quality and great customer service definitely reccomend

   Went into this little gem of a shop last week and I have got to say it's a brilliant shop... Very reasonable prices great value for money.. service was 100 percent by 2 lovely ladies who was very helpful and always smiling.. I would definitely recommend and I'm going to book my dog in for a pamper and claws cut... Great service ladies

   I’ve been taking my cocker spaniel to this pet shop since I first got him at 8 weeks old (he’s 15 months now) the shop has been there for 15 years and the staff are always so friendly and very helpful with asking if you need help with find what you are looking for, always do their absolute best to please their customers to find it or get it in the shop for you. They are very well trained with their qualifications certificates in doing pet grooming and micro chipping. If you need a certain type of item or dog food they will get that in the shop for you, they have a range of stuff for dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters/rats and other animals, they hand make the jumpers to size for your dogs, they are absolutely the best. I’ve seen many customers come in and always so happy to say hello to the staff either they are old customers or new they always welcomed in the shop, my pup loves going there to see them and gets a nice little treat as I’ve seen other dogs excited to rush in to the shop too, they have been supportive with me and my pup with ordering his food, buying his toys and for his grooming, I will always go there for their Quality products at a good price and for their helping kindness towards their customers. 100% recommended for anyone to go there for shopping for their animals and for their grooming.

   Took my bird in to have his claws cut and after taking him today to a professional have found out the groomer broke his toe being too rough. Will never be going there again.

   Very helpful staff. Went in for grain free dog food which can be hard to find. Had a great selection of dog food and accessories. I will definitely be back again. 5star. Great local shop.

   My friend came back from getting her Westie groomed here. She doesn't know I'm writing a review, I did mention to her about doing it but she said there was nowhere to. I wouldn't have said anything... Except YOU SHAVED HER WEST HIGHLAND TERRIER. I saw her terrier looking a little sad and she kept pawing at me as we were talking and my friend said she was a bit upset with her after the events of the last days. I thought it unusual for a Westie to get that haircut, plus my friend said she had dropped her in at 10.30 I think she said and still hadn't heard anything in the afternoon so they took a long time to groom her and apparently they were doing multiple dogs all at once in a kind of assembly line probably because they had a lot of clients with not being able to open during Covid. So trying to be as fair as possible but going to the groomers is not usually a relaxing moment for a dog being away from their family and my friend said she thinks of that dog ashas baby and they were both noticeably and understandably upset. A Westie's coat is beautiful classic shapeashape it was quite a shock to see fully clipped back everything. Bare. Clipped ears right back. Tail. Bare chicken legs. About 1cm left all round. And she still had to pay £30 for the privelege. But she won't be back she said. And she's been there before and had no issues so might be a one off. So I had a spare few minutes. I don't want to be a Karen about it but I felt it needed to be said, and she's busy with her family. Not saying any of this with malice. Just honest feedback.

   Lovely pet shop, lovely owners as always done a gra d job on our dogs groom. At this time of covid-19. They have the necessary precautions of 2 people, one way round the store and a screen. Still very well stocked and are Doing grooms but phone or contact on Facebook.
