   Lovely pool, very clean and quiet. Good swimming lessons for kids. The pool is quite cold, so no under 4s allowed I think. There are lessons for under 4s in the warmer hydrotherapy pool. You need to buy or bring a padlock for the lockers. Parking is 2hrs free if you're swimming, using the RingGo app. You go in through the main david ross entrance and walk through from there - a bit tricky to find the first time!

   Children’s swimming lessons are appalling. Overcrowded, repetitive, no feedback provided to parents, instructors shouting at kids barely audible over the noise including a blasting radio. Then they constantly try to sell you additional overpriced one to one lessons to make up for the inadequacy of their programme.

   I use the pool at least once a week, and it is always busy. You either need to book in advance or get lucky with a quieter session. The changing facilities are unisex, with separate cubicles to change in. You can either get a locker using change or park your bag by the pool. The viewing area is good if you have kids swimming or you are waiting to swim.

   A good pool which I use regularly with my club, I have only used it for the pool and for a few meeting relating to that and it had been very good. The pool and changing rooms can be a bit grubby but that's cause they are old, so maybe in the near future, it could be done up? Walking through the place is very nice and the meeting room I used was plush, nice sports centre.

   Such a shame... Its a fabulous pool for serious swimming but it gets very busy at times and is closed to general members too often due prioratising clubs and schools. Also closes completely for long periods outside of term time. The spa is also great but its not included with membership and overpriced so its always empty.
