   Awesome leisure centre!! Took my son for his first swim today, and from the lovely young man at reception to the life guard, everyone was friendly, the relaxed atmosphere is perfect for us. I wish we used this leisure centre sooner, lots of parking, reasonable prices and it’s amazing that under 5’s swim for free, BRILLIANT!!!. Thank you so much for all your help getting us all set up for our next visit!

   Gym refurb has left limited room to move around kit. Limited stretch and mat work space. Not good value especially if you're paying as you use. Still no card machine !

   I’m extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards of this facility. Last week, I learned that 6 kids developed Pseudomonas Folliculitis after attending a birthday party here, which already raised concerns. Unfortunately, this week my daughter became very sick after visiting. She developed a severe eye infection, fever, stomachaches, and body pain. It’s clear there’s a serious issue with the cleanliness and maintenance of the water and overall environment. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a place frequented by children. Please prioritize proper cleaning and safety measures to prevent more illnesses from occurring.

   I've been going regularly the East Leake Leisure Centre (for the gym) for over half a year now and would recommend it to anyone in the area. The staff are super helpful and welcoming and very quickly get to know you! I am welcomed very warmly when I arrive by the member of staff at the front desk - often by Ollie. The gym itself is very well equipped - especially considering the size. It has more than enough equipment to have a really good session no matter what your fitness goals may be.

   I came for a swim today . I was politely told that if a faster swimmer entered the lane I would need to move to a slower lane . I was then told by the surly manager Phil I had been told that I needed to move . No one had entered the lane . I enquired where the notices were explaining their lane policy . These are behind the desk as part of the life guard’s instructions . This is not helpful . The lifeguard at the desk explained the measures are part of the safety procedures which is correct . However I still do not see how I was infringing the rules , as I was swimming at the same speed as the other swimmer . The manager Phil needs to be less aggressive when talking to customers and adhere to a less confrontational tone .

   We found this place after our closest leisure centre became more and more crowded and difficult to book. The East Leake Leisure Centre always has accessible parking, clean and available facilities, friendly staff, and regularly answer their phone calls! Most importantly, they always seem to have available family and general swim sessions. We are grateful to have this place.

   We visit the Leisure Centre once a week in order to attend an organised health and fitness class. The facilities there are as one would expect. Although we have not used it, the pool does look inviting and I understand that swimming lessons are available. There is no cafe on the premises, but vending machines are provided. Parking is adequate and in our experience unlikely to be a problem. We have always found the permanent staff there to be courteous and helpful. I'm not sure what else can be usefully said about a small leisure centre. I hope this information is helpful. John.

   Simply put it is a leisure centre attached to a school. Price is reasonable for both gym and pool. The gym is actually quite well kitted out. The pool though is very restrictive on timings if you work long and sometimes unpredictable hours, as there are clubs and classes that have exclusive pool use. It makes it a bit hard to go in for a few lengths.
