Great leisure centre, the classes are good the sports instructors are excellent in the classes. The whole place has a friendly and welcoming feel amongst members. The reason for 3 stars is a friendly ask to those who can, please can you clean the changing rooms (female) a bit more, top up the toilet rolls, top up the soap, fix the leaking roof, and shattered glass in the gym window. I would also like to see the toilets generally working rather than signs about using down stairs, and what would be nice is that although the equipment in the gym is heavily used ... please can you service it better so that it works - particularly the bikes, and please don't just get rid of them, mend them would be nice. Also, ask the receptionists to be more accommodating and smiley (this doesn't apply to all). Thanks very much.

The place is dirty and unhygienic. There is only one hand drier working in the ladies toilets. There's often no soap or loo roll. That's if the toilets are even working. When it rains the ladies toilets are often closed, something to do with the drains? Whenit rains there are buckets everywhere catching the leaks from the roof. The air conditioning has been broken in the studios since around May, which made classes unbearable and I had to reduce how often I attended. No offer of compensation was given to members when requested. It would have been nice to have had membership fees reduced until the air con was fixed, but no. It still isn't fixed and it's December and membership fees are going up! Turnstiles often are not working and neither is the app. I keep getting strikes for not attending classes that I was only on the wait list for, but somehow the app marks me as absent. Classes are always full. I never use the gym anymore as I'm often stood around waiting to get on equipment as there's not enough. The only reason I'm still a member is that the gym is the only one close to me.

i love that bingham finally has a proper, modern leisure centre. i mainly use the pool and it's always clean and a decent temperature. the whole place feels new and bright, which makes a big difference compared to some of the older gyms around. the gym floor seems well-stocked with equipment, and the changing rooms are kept very tidy. my only gripe is that it can get genuinely rammed after 5 pm on weekdays and the weekends are often chaos, especially with the swimming lessons. you definitely need to book your session in advance, but if you go off-peak, it’s brilliant. we’re lucky to have this facility in bingham!

Really disappointed with the children’s swimming lessons. My child is stuck on a level for a year now without any support or action from the teacher. The progress on the app is good to track however when my child moves up in the %, two weeks later he’ll be moved down in %. This has been happening constantly and differs from lesson to lesson, he will have an item marked as completed, then next week back to good/fair. How could that be?! You shouldn’t progress if someone is not ready. This is demotivating for a young child who tries their best to move onto next stage. We have complained before as my daughter was in the same situation and so are other parents I know. Many dropped out due to this, as it seems we are paying for a service that is not received. If a child struggles, the teacher should help them overcome any obstacles. This is not the case here. Do not recommend and will be looking at different options for my child.

the staff were very cold and rude, tried to go to the gym but I didn’t have physical ID (nowhere says you need ID). Tried to show them an online but they wouldn’t accept it. No apology

Six lanes swimming pool, great gym, coffee shop, hall for activities and a big carpark (free for 3 hrs). Good arena with friendly staff. For playing batminton, have to go to leisure centre.

Went in for information, but none available on swim times for the public, or on facilities they have in the pool. Just get direct to google if you want know anything, as they believe everything is obvious. I would of thought staff would be more informative on what they have to offer and have information to hand, it has been open about a month now if not more, not like they have not had time to get this information sorted out.
