I can't fault the care and attention that my dog received over her 12 years of life. She had many health issues but with the professional, caring staff and treatment received , she was able to live a happy fulfilling life. Particular thanks to Anna Elliott and Luke and all of the other amazing staff. Thankyou all
We had need to phone this vet at 3am and they were so kind. Got our dog sorted so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday.
This practice is immaculately clean.. all the staff are so amazing..caring passionate with the animals as well as their owners.. in over forty years of using vets this is the best by far.. I wish we had such an amazing practice in Warrington.. They supported me through the worse day of my life when we had to have our dog put to sleep whilst on holiday.. they went above and beyond with love and support even hugging me when I was upset..they truly are amazing people.. Highly recommend this practice and their amazing staff to everyone..local or on holiday... Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for my beautiful Peggysue ...
This practice have looked after my pets since they opened 2009 and the last 13 years they have looked after my little dog Alfie, I cannot fault the care they have given, I would not hesitate to recommend them, the vets and the staff have been very caring , thankyou so much

We were on holiday in Porthleven when my dog, Dougie, had an accident which left him badly shaken in pain and unable to walk. The practise could not have been more helpful in arranging an early appointment. We got a bit lost on the way ( our fault for not double checking the postcode) so were late, but still they all warmly welcomed us. The vet who treated my dog was so gentle and reassuring that Dougie allowed her to examine him, with hardly a wriggle. He has made an excellent recovery, thank you again Mounts Bay Vets!!
All my animals go here. Vets are genuinely compassionate and caring. Latest visit was to introduce Winnie our 9 week old whippet puppy to Anna... We popped in yesterday as we were passing.. She was taken inside by Tish and got treats so won't be afraid to go next time! Always a positive experience with these people.. And believe me they have seen me at my worst when my old dogs needed to be put to sleep... Our animals are in expert hands with this team. Can't praise them enough.
