   We saw Marissa and she really looked after us. Our two dogs had fleas and I was nervous about bringing them in/cost and thought I could order stuff off Amazon to treat them. The appointment and treatment was very reasonable and Marissa took her time to check over both dogs and give us recommendations on how to keep them healthy. The treatment worked and I could have saved myself a lot of stress if I had brought them in sooner!

   My dog was taken here by my friend while he was dog sitting. They were very kind and really cared for him and were very kind and understanding when I was very upset and thought I would lose him. They regularly kept me updated and were clear about the treatment options possible. Lovely team

   An unfortunate visit during a holiday, that was made manageable and positive due to the fantastic service offered by Animal Vets. We want to say a HUGE thank you to all the lovely staff including the receptionists, nurses and vets for looking after our little Nelly after she had sand impaction whilst on holiday in St Ives.    Rang for emergency appt for my sprocker who looked like he had been stung by wasp or bee. Fabulously helpful staff, reassuring and given appt straight away. Vet was thorough and gave antihistamine injection along with steroids and antihistamines to take away. Absolutely fantastic service as we are on holiday in Hayle this week and given reassurance. Would definitely recommend using if you are on holiday or a local 5 stars

   Haven't used the vets as yet but on our introductory visit to register our cats the reception team were friendly and supportive and definitely appear to have genuine interest in the wellbeing of our pets which is reassuring. Only bother is that the pet health plan doesn't include insurance against illness and or injury and I'd rather that be something that can be added to the monthly health plan instead of having to do it all separate.
