We recently lost our little 13 year old Westie, Freddie. He was such a massive part of our family and has left a big hole. He was so loyal and loving and always by my side. Freddie was always extremely anxious when we had to visit the vets, and as he became older and more frail I worried about this, and didn’t want that to be his or our last memory. I feel so blessed to have discovered Nirvana vets . When I called them, Abi was so lovely and compassionate, and arranged for Sam to come to our home that day. Sam was equally lovely and so calm and gentle with Freddie . He gave us the time and space to say our goodbyes with Freddie cuddled on my lap. I feel so thankful that Nirvana vets allowed me to do that for our boy, and am very grateful to them for the comfort that brings. Thank you Sam and Abi, and the rest of your team for the special service you provide.

On September 30th. I had to make the very hard decision concerning my 13 year old German Shepherd Missy. Her heart was good but everything else was in decline and she had a stroke last year. After not eating hardly for nearly a week I was unable to get the necessary medication into her she was starting to suffer. I made the call to minerva vets. They came that same day. Missy welcomed Kate and even gave her a kiss so gentle. Kate made everything calm and peaceful for her and waited till Missy was totally relaxed my husband smoothing her head all the way through. I could not have wished for a better calmer end for my dog. 2 weeks later Kate personally returned missys ashes and wrote a beautiful personal card . Kate went above and beyond. Thank you Kate so very much for what you did exceptional service from start to finish.

We had to say goodbye to our precious boy ziggy 11 days ago, and having Sam come to our home where ziggy loved to be made the ordeal less traumatising than having to take him to the vets as he hated going there and would never ever have been an option,. Sam was caring and explained the process. We have had zigs for over 16 years and although losing him has left us as a family utterly bereft, i am thankful that Nirvana offer this service and helped our boy to go peacefully and quickly in our arms in his own home, he was returned to us today by lovely Georgina after having him individually cremated along with a lovely card from Sam and 2 paw impressions. . Thankyou again Rachael and family

Nirvana Vets are the company that you hope you never have to ring but are the only ones you should do when the time has come for your fur babies to cross the rainbow bridge. Kate and her team were recommended by one of our friends and although it was one of the worst days of our life when the time came for our Dave. Kate made it the best situation it could possibly be. Dave was at home, surrounded by his loved ones, unaware of what was happening and fell asleep peacefully on his own bed while we were treated with compassion and understanding with absolutely no pressure. The excellent aftercare also proves that this company are passionate about the welfare of your family as well as your pets. Thank you so much Nirvana x

When the time came to say goodbye to our Beautiful Breeze we knew we wanted her to be at home in her favourite spot on the sofa. Our vets recommended Nirvana vets and we're so glad we used them. Kate that came to help Breeze along into her forever sleep was kind, compassionate and so gentle. Kate made sure we didn't have any unanswered questions and nothing was to much trouble. Our other basset was allowed time to see his sister to help him understand she has gone. Thank you Kate. We really appreciated how kind you were.

Saying goodbye to our doggie love ones is something we all have to face at some time and the thought of taking them to the vets to say goodbye is heartbreaking. It’s so much better for them to do so in the comfort of their own home. Sam was so calm and comforting with dear Buster being on his floor bed with us sat with him and he went peacefully to sleep surrounded by love at home. We cannot praise Sam and Kate enough in their treatment of Buster and us during and after the event.

At a very sad time in my life, Sam came to my house to put my loved little dog into her long sleep. He could not of been more sympathetic and kind. Never did I feel rushed and he just timed my last hour with her perfectly. If your baby hates the vets as mine did the option that Nivarna vets gives you to spend your last precious moments at home with them peaceful and not in fear then please use them. She passed away in my arms in total comfort with her mum. Thank you Sam for making an incredibly sad and hard time the best it could be.

Tiggy had been a wonderful friend and companion for more than 18 years. When his health made the decision unavoidable, the last thing we wanted was to have it hanging over us for long hours. We also wanted him to avoid the stress of a trip to the vets, which he was never fond of. One short phone call and a couple of hours later, Nirvana Vets arrived. No unnecessary drama. Immense understanding of our feelings. All we could have hoped for. Tiggy slept peacefully in the sun in his favourite spot in the garden and, for all he knows, he's still there. Thank you so much Nirvana Vets. I hope you know the value of your work.

Nirvana vets was recommended to us by our vet practice who have stopped doing home visits. We can 100% recommend them. Kate was amazing- she was compassionate, caring and professional. Time spent with Murphy during his passing was not an issue. Murphys journey over to rainbow bridge was as peaceful and stress free as we could have wished for. Thank you Kate.
