   Fiona and her receptionist were brilliant with our little, elderly rescue Hen Bluebell. I could hear Fiona talking to Bluebell as she was taken off to be examined by Fiona. Although we know our little Hen is nearing the end of her life, it is very reassuring to know we have Fiona nearby for further excellent advice and support. Thankyou to all the team

   I unfortunately ended up with a very sick dog,I said I'd do anything to help her,get all the money I could and was told I'd never be able to afford it and the best thing to do would be surrender her,I had my hands tied behind my back. Bare in mind,the first phone call we had I made them aware of my finances ,they was okay with it and okay with payment plans. None of them cared and was rude,I'm absolutely destroyed and iv not spent a single minute of the day not thinking about my poor dog,she made our family complete and now me and my partner can barley say two words to eachother cause of how much its impacted us.

   Called the rspca on us because we didn't use there vet facilities Our cat has had 2000 plus spent on him in the last week and just because we didn't go with them they're calling around to have our cat checked as if we wouldn't have sort the best possible way forward. Just so happend to not be your inadequate facilities

   Not happy with this vets, the service is shocking and I find it concerning that people aren’t allowed in the practice… my kitten came in for the spaying deal, my kitten is returned in hours… not even recovered from the anaesthetic failed to mention that she was still unsteady on her feet and struggling to stand up or still… then looked at her stomach for it to be plastered in glue!!! I asked the receptionist over the phone and she said only a tiny bit should be applied! Her stomach was covered in it and rock solid! To top it off she is now being treated for a nasty infection!! Also they cut her nails that short in surgery that she coursing get up her cat tree or the sofa! No need for that. Penmellyn had confirmed that this is short and not acceptable! If you love your animals don’t take them to this vet’s! Wish I knew before!

   So rude, first words out if Fiona's mouth was a string of criticism of how we interacted with our own dog. The rest was lies to cover up their insanely over the top covid policies (it's 2023 now). Anyway she takes your distressed pet away from you in the car park whilst wearing a mask outside !!!. Does whatever she wants to it in the empty vet building then brings it back out. I don't care how cheap you are. Treatment like this is not for us. If your judgment on COVID is so out of whack with reality then I'm sorry I don't trust you to make correct medical decisions regarding our pet either.

   Although our experience with this practice was heartbreaking, Fiona and her staff were wonderful. Our little dog Poppy, was treated with dignity and respect, right to the end and so were we. They accommodated our request to spend time with our baby, so that we could say our last goodbyes.
