My dogs are always so happy to come here and so am I! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional and I cannot recommend them enough!
On holiday and our dog sustained an injury - they saw us immediately, got our dogs medical history from our home vets and he was in and out of surgery within 2 hours. So welcoming and incredibly helpful with pet insurance claims. Could not recommend enough.
The care is on the whole good, but they act as if they are on commission and are trying to make extra sales all the time. They are owned by a large company and their prices are ridiculous. For a tube of Isoderm which retails online for £12, I was charged £11 to dispense it and £29.50 for the 5mg tube!!!!! Crazy. I tried to get hold of the company that owns the practice and wnet round in ever decreasing message circles. Also, be aware that the practice does not have any overnight hospital care, so if your pet needs this it has to be transported by you in the evening to another clinic several miles away and then transported back by you the following morning, which, in my view, must be stressful for the already stressed pet.
Cannot recommend the team at Highertown enough. As first time dog owners it can often feel overwhelming. The level of care and information that we have received has been outstanding. Our puppy loves his visits to the vets and we are always given the warmest of welcomes!

My dog was really poorly so I rang the vets, but despite them not having any available appointments, I was told to bring him in straight away and they would fit him in between appointments. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and after about 2 minutes, I was seen by the vet, Emmie. She listened to our concerns and spent a great deal of time checking him over. We did not feel rushed in any way, and she showed great care and empathy towards him. She answered all our questions and put our minds at rest. In fact, every time we have visited this practice, we have received the best service possible. Thank you so much, I cannot recommend you highly enough.

My dog has been coming here for 8 years. Unfortunately she has had several tumours removed. All the staff are amazing and very caring. Your pet couldn't be in safer hands. Holly and I thank all the staff.
