Dont listen to fake rumors Thats family are really hard worker and a lovely family Jealousy! If you know them you will understand and eople love to talk for no reasons !
⸻ Avoid this shop at all costs. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Jaz, who seems to be the daughter, is extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. Ranjit, the woman who appears to run the place, does nothing except sit around and overcharge people. The father, Raj, has an unpleasant presence and there are deeply concerning rumors surrounding him. Rocky, the son, behaves inappropriately and his presence near the shop or local area is disturbing to many. The entire atmosphere is toxic and uncomfortable. On top of that, many products are past their expiry date. This place is not safe, not clean, and definitely not worth your money. Stay far away.
They only accept cash for scratchcards. And when you do win they give you'll the excuse that they haven't got the money to pay (£20) they are supposed to pay out up to 100. They say take more tickets instead in the hope you lose.. even if you did win they won't pay. Reported to the national lottery pending investigation.
Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I politely said hello and put my items down and she really obviously ignored me and carried on watching her Indian drama on tv. I waited until whenever she decided she wanted to acknowledge me and then without looking at me she started picking up the items and gave me her price. When she served my auntie next she added more to the what the total was with her. Everything about this experience was disgusting. I won’t ever come back. I honestly believe all the good reviews must be family and friends based on how blatantly rude this place is.
this shop is amazing there is a few items that aren’t easy to locate but the staff are amazing with helping only bad thing about it is that the opening times are unreliable.

Not a nice experience, the staff failed to listen to my question, they were rude when I asked them to explain why they were ignoring me. I could not find a item .Just needed assistance. I would not go back there. Left my shopping in disgust! Walked up the road and shopped at newly opened Bazaar Food Store.
You get most of indian groceries there and also which is required for day today house things are available. But from hospitality perspective, not a friendly staff. They won't greet any customer with smile. For card payments, minimum transaction is 10 pounds which is useless restriction. They won't put the things u buy in the plastic bag also. All you need to manage yourself.
