   Bought a great watch, but unfortunately had issues with it involving the date movement. In total my watch has been away for 15 weeks over two periods (currently away for 12 weeks) and still no closer to it being on my hands again. Would love to score H and T higher, but the after service is severely lacking, sorry can only be said so many times... I would prefer action! Update: My watch has been returned to me fixed and with an extended warranty. All is working well so the review is now 3 stars not 1.

   LIARS LIARS Avoid This place...I visited here Two weeks ago to purchase a ring for my partner that she seen and liked as i wanted to surprise her.After speaking to a lady she informed me that with my receipt I could bring it back within a 30 day grace period and also I could get the ring resized for free to accommodate my partners ring size which i thought was fair because the ring was nearly 400 pound and the chance or a ring actually fitting is slim. My partner loved her ring but it was a size and a half to big so she visited here last week only 1 week after purchase an was told it,ll be 44 pound to resize her ring which when she told me I was so angry and thought they was trying to rob my partner so now 2 weeks after purchase I took the ring back Myself to confront the workers who,d promised me it was a free ring size.After speaking to the workers I was basically fobbed off and told I don't know why the staff told me it was free..well all in all I know the answer why..they say and promise anything to get a sale and then deny anything they've promised you prior..Avoid This place they lie to get a sale..Bad business who don't care about ethics or customer needs..

   I used this shop today and pawned a gold locket to get me over a rough financial patch. The staff were great, a young assistant 'paige' served me. They charge interest of 69p a day on £200, I've got 6 months to retrieve my locket, that's really cheep compared to other pawn brokers I've used, cheaper and more versatile than taking out a loan. Well done guys, great service, everything clearly explained, done quickly with lovely friendly staff.
