Beautiful cottage lovely grounds beautifully furnished has everything here clean and made to feel very welcome
We recently stayed for 5 nights at this cottage as a family. This cottage is pet friendly, and is located in lovely Cornish countryside with amazing views around the area. It is well equipped with all that we needed for a family holiday. The minor issue we had was a little space for freezer storage. The owners of the property - Richard and Tanya live close by, and are very helpful and friendly, going as far as leaving us a cream tea in the fridge on arrival. We highly recommend this property, we will return in future! . We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave. It was like a home from home and very relaxing indeed.
What a beautiful cottage! Everything is perfect in this cottage, Cleanliness, size, location (very seclusive) and the very friendly hosts. Can't ignore the lovely puppy Bella. We didn't want to travel on Friday or weekend, especially to Cornwall during the school holiday time. This cottage is one of a few that can be booked from Monday onwards, which is brilliant for us. We'd love to stay for 7 nights, unfortunately the weekend was booked by next guests when we book, so we could only stay for 5 nights, and travel back on Saturday :( We loved everything here. We'll try to stay longer next time. Thank you Richard and Tania.

Very well equipped & comfortable cottage. Quite a remote location but close to Launceston for shops, etc
We have previously stayed several times with Richard and Tania when they were at Mennabroom Farm. Pleased to say that their new property at Blackberry Cottage is to the same high standard. We'll definitely be booking again.
