   As a large group of friends who celebrated my 60th 2 years ago, we looked for another high quality property and Tregulland delivered brilliantly. The spec is high, great plumbing, heating, facilities, and everyone can gather in the Cottage for evening meals. If you were two large families, you would be hard pressed to find a better solution in the UK. Pool, table tennis and swimming pool with steam room etc. Everyone loved it. And the Property Managers were available and first class.

   As only one of a party of 17 I can only give feedback for myself. What a beautiful place. Top quality place. Small road to the front door but not a scary Cornish lane. Swimming pool? Wow! So peaceful. You can have a super friend filled party in many different rooms but you can, if needed, have a calm quiet holiday. Loved it.

   We attended my sister wedding here, they had booked out the whole place. It was a lovely three night stay and for your added comfort it has its own indoor pool and steam room. Ideal for walks even within its own grounds. Great sunsets from the rear of the buildings with plenty of seating.

   The house and grounds look beautiful and I was very much looking forward to staying. However something came up 10 months in advance and I had to cancel. Be aware that when you cancel you have to wait until someone re-books exactly the same dates to get your refund. They will not alert you to this - so you have to keep checking the site dates and when you see that it’s re-booked ask them for your refund. You will then be charge £100 admin fee. A very off putting experience in the first place. I was then called and asked if I would consider removing this review. To which I said no reviews are to advise other customer of an experience. When I later challenged on email the very unclear wording in the cancellation policy I was called up on the phone and accused of ‘nit-picking’ by a very unpleasant woman called Bonny who then complained several times that she was having to call me on her day off. I did not ask to be called by anyone. Her days off and her decision to call me is a matter for her. I merely sent an email outlining why the wording in the policy did not specifically make it clear that advanced cancellations would be changed £100. This woman was incredibly rude and argumentative and would not let it go resulting in me having to end the phone conversation. I would definitely not consider booking this property again.

   4 days, secluded in comfortable surroundings. The 2 houses were tastefully furnished. The 11 bedrooms each had there own indivdual style. Then there was the indoor ,fresh water pool with steam room...bliss.

   Attended and photographed a wedding here in 2018. Gave us a real taste of the Cornish country life. The preserved and renovated historic farm buildings were gorgeous and comfortable. The wedding party booked out the entire property for the weekend and self catered. The facilities are perfect for this.

   What an amazing house! We had a perfect Christmas week here in utter luxury. We slept so well in the comfy beds with glorious Egyptian cotton bedding. The children and adults enjoyed the pool and all of us and the dogs enjoyed the walks round the lake. We were very sad to leave.
