Can't believe that a bottle of perfume unopened and with receipt cannot be exchanged or refunded. Should be told this when purchasing. Staff not abit helpful. So don't buy perfume from boots.
Went i today to get a boots card as I have points online but can’t use them in store, had trouble connecting cards to my online account before and was gonna attempt again but the Boots assistant was so helpful and did it all for me even though it required a password reset and I didn’t really have the patience to do all that but she did and now I’m up n running thanks to the most helpful person iv ever come across in customer service.. Bless her, I never noticed name but she had lovely orangey hair shoulder length tanned with tattoos.. Thankyou❤️
Shop assistant Laura is incredibly rude. It costs nothing to speak to people like they’re human beings. I never have this problem in any of the other Boots shop. Only Kennedy Centre. There’s never anyone at the till, and they act like it’s a huge effort to just simply scan your items.
