Just cancelled membership, Sorry but you can’t have a class take alot essential equipment for an hour, Im paying to use it aswell, Cant understand that

Dont expect any gym equipment to be free, simply overcrowded at all times with machines being broke for weeks. Just allows as many people in as possible without any thought for experience

Sloppy floors and equipment seems to always be out of order. The lat pull-down machine was out of order for months and when that got fixed the leg extension machine wasn’t working and the pipes leak one of them onto the lat pull down and some in other spots beside the dumbbell rack which is very unsafe.

Excellent "fitness swim" i.e. all lanes in the main pool. Fourth time I've been in a week. Always perfectly clean

Gym has decent equipment but not enough of it. For such a large space I have yet to go and get a full workout. Not many benches, not enough dumbbells, a single ez bar and too few Olympic bars. There are 4 squat racks in the middle but only enough hooks and safety bars to use 2. There are never staff on the gym floor, so during the junior gym (1500-1730 avoid like the plague) kids are using free weights unsupervised and arsing about and hogging machines, quite often they are using things dangerously and no one is available to guide them or make them stop. I have seen what looked like an 11 year old trying to bench press and his mate laughing as he nearly died. No one wipes down their machines and no one can put their weights back or in the right places. Some staff telling people to do this would be great. Like they do in Better Gym Belfast.

First time back in the centre for over 25 years. Really impressive looking inside. Great views over Belfast when using the gym. All ages of adults taking part. If you haven't been yet, you've got to have a go.

Main pool was cold, went into the smaller pool that was warm until some baby threw up and they had to clean the pool. Sent us into the cold pool then when the warm pool was ready it turned into a hydrotherapy pool so no one was able to get back in . Also when the pool floor was being moved there was a loud alarm that started to aggravate the kids especially mine with Autism then having the pool attendant blowing their whistle and shouting at me to get out as our short time was up upset him further as he didn't want to leave the water as the changing rooms were even colder!

This is a fantastic leisure centre, recently completely rebuilt, the gym is big and open and accommodating for all. It also overlooks the front main carpark and pool area so your not just staring at the walls.... It's got a full sized swimming pool and a separate diving pool and a large spectators area so you can relax and view all. It has all that you need including indoor playing courts etc, large changing facilities inc showers hair drying location and a cafe just inside the main entrance if you need a tea or coffee also sells snacks. Great membership deals as well. I personally happen to love it it's large very clean and the people and staff are very friendly and helpful if you should need anything. So if your in the area pop in and give it a try I don't think it will disappoint.

Went swimming this evening during a swim for all session and had to leave after only swimming 400m. Half the pool was taken up by the swimming club and the remaining half a pool was absolutely rammed beyond capacity. I am aware there is is swim for fitness times however these are very awkward timings for someone who works, there needs to be at least one lane for swimming during swim for all timings! Alternatively could you advertise online how many lanes the clubs are taking up so that I can make an educated guess as to whether it is possible for swimming. I have come in a few times now and have left having not even done a warm up.
