This is specifically with regards to my experience buying gift vouchers at the Lazy Llama. I arrived and started to queue where I could see 2 windows where customers seemed to be ordering from staff. When one of the windows became available I went to it to enquire about gift vouchers. The young employee was very pleasant, however he turned around to an older man (short grey hair) in the kitchen to clarity about vouchers and his reply was "yes, but he needs to go line up" in a very insolent manner. Bear in mind when I arrived I did line up, so if I went to the wrong window to enquire about gift vouchers fair enough, but be polite, it's not difficult to have manners, especially considering I was there to buy gift vouchers. I was very tempted to walk away at that point, but considering I had driven 20mins to get there I decided to stay.

Can not fault this place! I have attended Fright Night for a few years now and it is the highlight of my Halloween every year. The scares are genuine, the workers are professional, even the food was amazing. 10/10 and I would recommend it to anyone, well done to everyone involved

I went to fright night tonight for the 3rd year in a row and it was good just like the other times. In my opinion the claustraforest was the scariest attraction because of the tight spaces, darkness, jumpscares and chainsaw, but the circus was my favourite one which was fun and a bit scary, I also did the mercy clinic and inbred horror house. It was quite scary but not overly, which could be good to suit more people. I would also recommend wearing older clothes because it can be mucky. Overall fright night is a good experience which is fun and scary for some people and I recommend going

Did the Junior Zombie Run today with my son β and this time my wife joined us, since weβd told her how great it was last year. Unfortunately, this yearβs experience was completely different. A lot of the highlights from last year were missing, and the few zombie sections (only two in total) felt half-hearted at best. One of the main attractions, the slip βnβ slide at the end, was gone and replaced with a walk through a cornfield. I thought, βAlright, maybe thereβll be zombies or something cool in there,β but no β absolutely nothing. Might as well have been a jog around a park. To top it off, when we went for food afterwards, there was barely any choice. Last year there were a few different options β this time it was sausage and chips or nothing. And despite all that, the ticket price was higher than last year. Paying more for less is poor form. Weβve done the Spooky Trail a few times too, and each year thatβs getting shorter and more expensive as well. It really should be the other way around β if youβre charging more, it should be bigger and better, not worse!

Me and my boyfriend did the Treetop Obstacle Course and had the best time. The course was so much fun, with lots of various challenges to cross. Our instructor Charlie was awesome, felt more like being there with a friend. He was very encouraging and ensured we knew what we were doing, and made the whole experience even better. Thank you Charlie!! :)

Great compact campsite with electric hook up and a water tap nearby. Toilet, shower and washroom facilities. Zorbing was great but not for the weak hearted. The tree top adventure was excellent. Quite a workout and just over 2 hours so at Β£40 is reasonable value. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Went there for Easter egg hunt. My 5 yo had lots of fun going round the Gruffalo trail and enjoying all the activities (3 coupons included but obviously we ended up buying more). Staff friendly and helpful. Note that car parking is available but it is on the opposite side of the road and there is a tunnel going underneath the road which leads to the entrance.

Christmas at the Jungle was absolutely brilliant. Everything was well timed and managed. The lit up forest beside Santa's grotto was beautiful and the kids loved all the activities. Restaurant on site great food served. Definitely will be back!
