Our instructor Charlie was awesome, felt more like being there with a friend. He was very encouraging and ensured we knew what we were doing, and made the whole experience even better. “Went in to the centre today to renew my Better Adult Senior Res account that had expired over a year ago, hadn’t a clue how to renew it online. The young girl on the reception desk was very polite and helpful in getting my account sorted and the app running again on my phone. Can only say this young lady is a credit to Andersonstown Leisure Centre.”

“Do you Enjoy sound of sea waves? If yes, please visit this. You will enjoy it a lot. You can come here in the translink number 2 series bus. It's a calm place, many people jogging there, some playing with their pet dogs.”

“My partner and I booked over the phone and when we got to the spa there was a mix up with the booking. We were taken care of by two gentlemen that couldn't do enough for us to ensure our time was great and it was. Honestly the nicest spa and staff around Belfast.”

“Excellent Leisure plex. We used the Leisure slides loads of fun for all ages. The inflatables were being set up when we were leaving but looked like great fun too”

“Visited the pickie pumpkin patch on Sunday 27th Oct. It was fantastic fun. My 6 year old grandson loved every minute of it. From choosing his pumpkin and getting it carved, to petting a snake. The exploris pop up aquarium was very informative and the guy who was telling us all the facts made it fun too which the kids enjoyed. My grandson got on all the free rides, we all got on the pickie puffer and the swans and then when we went into the cafe for a warm drink and snack, there was a lady dressed up and singing spooky songs. She was fantastic. All in all it was a brilliant day and i would definitely return!!!”

“Great place for the family, playpark for kids cafe on site with good choice though slightly expensive, good toilet facilities great area for picnics and family fun with cycle paths and access to the shoreline also some weekends free entertainment provided.”

“My daughter is almost 6 and we visit once a year from NYC and this is the place she consistently likes to return to. It’s been fun seeing how she enjoys different elements of the facilities each time we come. This time - the upper ropes course was a big hit and she loved testing the limits of the harness! The facilities are never over crowded and it’s such a great physical couple of hours for kids in a very safe environment where they can have freedom to explore and play. See you again next year!”
