   All Henderson group spars are too expensive and a rip off. No wonder they have record profits and lots of brand new stores yet less staff, just taking from the local community. Ive seen many older people struggle at self check outs and staff to busy pretending to be securoty guards elsewhere and many young take their freebies anyway , which is understandable at the rip off prices. Bad customer experience across Spars nowadays.

   Car wash wrongly advertises that it accepts contactless payments. It does not. Staff say WiFi doesn’t reach that far. No effort has been made to communicate this to customers apart from a small ‘pay in store’ sticker stuck beside the contactless reader which you will not see until you have queued for considerable time to reach the pay point at the start of the car wash. Not even written on it that contactless doesn’t work! A known issue needs to be communicated better so people can pay in store before joining a queue they are unable to exit.

   Went in today at 13.20 to the hot food counter there was very little food left no more food being put on hot food. Staff were rude walked off while I was talking to them then when I was about to leave had the cheek to turn around and say anything I wanted made just ask, with no indication of what they could make based on this experience, I will not be back for a new build, it is an absolute disgrace and their prices are astronomical

   BEWARE as this petrol station doesn't exist anymore (or is currently being completely rebuilt) but yet is showing as opened on Google maps. Whoever is responsible for the Patrol station existence on the map hasn't updated the status in the last couple of weeks (maybe more).

   It is a small spare inside a petrol station I only stopped in to get some engine oil as the oil light had started flashing luckily I needed 5W30 oil as that seemed to be all they had also it was a bit dear at almost £18 for 1 litre but if you need it you need it

   Excellent carriageway garage. Within the shop, the basics are available at a reasonable price, not an extortionate con. All produces are fresh and fluently displayed within an environment of extreme tidiness and cleanliness. Staff are very civil, obliging and extremely friendly with service, an excellent reflection of their training. As for the forecourt, I personally found that the standards are undoubtedly high, had absolutely no concerns and would fully recommend that drivers make use of this garage and the shop that is reasonably priced throughout and no reason to avoid. Definitely thumbs up.
