   I used to love shopping here it was a lovely shop but since the redesign it is an absolute nightmare. Packers everywhere can’t move down the aisles , frozen items at the beginning of the shop is just stupid things melted by the time you get to the end , aisles are too small and fridge doors are an absolute nuisance and in my opinion highly unhygienic sadly a shop that I have used for years I will no longer be going to. whoever ever thought of the New design needs a good hard talking to!!!!

   Ok, who's the genius to thought up of this bright idea to relocated all the frozen section at the back of the entrance. By the time I reached the end aisle, paid and get home, everything's melted. Don't get me started on the trolleys, none upstairs, one line of smaller trolleys downstairs. Xmas should be fun in queues, no chain to attach the smaller ones outside on some of the bays. Plus, people in the way lining up at the customer service section. The new layout is so messed up, it's not a pleasant experience to shop there.

   I was at the Tesco's photo service yesterday (26/8) at 3pm to get a photo of my grandparents printed for my wedding. The female staff (forgot to ask for name) there was super helpful, patient and friendly. Thabk you for the wonderful service :)

   The older staff,not brought up on phones or social media, are lovely and helpful but any staff under 30 are just pure depressed looking and look suprised and annoyed if you need them to do their basic job like put through an item at self checkout. I've even had a silent tut from a young woman cause i drew her away from gossiping at self checkouts. Need more foreign nationals who are friendlier and enthusiastic and glad to have a job. Local teenage girls are the very worst to have in any public facing roles in any shop. The food selection is decent and efforts being made to improve and change in the wider store. If your gonna drive out staff to cut costs for self checkouts make sure the staff you have want to be there.

   Went to shop on Saturday morning. Absolute shambles cages and empty boxes everywhere.. the aisles are not marked showing people where to go to get certain items, so disorganised. Will not be going back agaiin

   Was in this morning doing shopping with hubby & daughter went up to Cafe to get a cuppa All I can say is lady needs to learn some customer skills .informed us you wiil just have to wait until 10 I've things to do .fair enough we were about 10 mins early but it's the way she spoke to us. Will not be using cafe again. We did get our cuppa by the way .Hubby not impressed his words not very pleasant

   Always plenty of stock and alternative options, just don't go at obvious times (after work, during the day on a weekend) Saturday night about 8 is class, not a soul in the place, you can park right up at the door in the sweet spot by the trollies. Can't account for the clientele trying to climb up the back of you to get 10p off a pack of ham, but you can't put that on Tesco. In store cafe is great, if a bit pricey for what it is and reduced sections are a bit jaded with original reps. You can have a good sit down toilet without being bothered too much, facilities are clean and well stocked.

   This review is for the fish counter in Newtonbreda. Bought hake fillets, at nearly £4 per fillet I do not expect to find loads of bones and a worm in my fish! Absolutely disgusting won’t be buying from this counter again.
