   I’ve come here for all of my piercings and did again today - a lovely experience every time! I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and professional whilst making me feel relaxed and at ease. They follow good hygiene procedures and my piercings have never been infected or botched etc. and any advice I’ve been given by Serendipity for looking after them myself has been helpful. I’ve loved all of my piercings and I’m confident that I’ll come here for any in the future.

   I can’t recommend them enough, service was so kind and welcoming. Was so patient and comforting felt safe. 10/10 no notes. Beth was my piercer and she also was so amazing felt like I was talking to a friend. These ladies need a big ol pat on the back such a nice place ❤️

   Absolutely fantastic and professional service. Turned up as a walk-in to get a double helix piercing, was super easy and straightforward to book in- filling out forms and was pierced by absolutely lovely piercer Beth. She was calm and professional talking through each step which put me at ease, no rushing made sure I was happy with placement and then got it sorted it next to no time. Also the Disney decor especially with Stitch was added win. Definitely a great positive place to get pierced

   Had my belly pierced late January, the lady with blue hair did mine and she was SO lovely, she made me feel very comfortable and was friendly. Went back a week later for a check up, thinking back now I should’ve gone the day after or before. The room was full up with mainly teenage girls, I went over and a different woman was at the desk, big lady with glasses and curly hair. I said I was there for a check up, I found it really odd and strange how, in front of those people she asked to see my piercing and I found her a little rude, and she proceeded to talk quite loudly about my piercing knowing there was a room full of people, in fact I felt a little bit humiliated. Probably won’t go back there again if I get another piercing. I feel that the place attracts the wrong kind of people anyway. But apologies to the rest of the ladies that work there.

   Lovely ladies, they were awesome and answered all my questions about my piercing I was getting. Lovely environment and they give you a free check up a week after your appointment. I swore when I had my piercing but they were great and I did apologize. Thank you so much

   had my tongue pierced here about a year ago. the lady was lovely and made me feel relaxed as i was quite nervous. she explained step by step what was going to happen before even starting. i am always in here looking for new jewellery and it’s very affordable. i will definitely be coming back to get my next piercing!!!!
