Fantastic service! Very friendly staff. I went in for ear piercing, the range of earrings to choose from is great. Good prices too. I was served by Ben & Kelsey very professional, Highly recommend. 5 star service.
Recently moved location next to primark upstairs and looks like a new shop refurb. Starting to lose track of the amount of times the shops have moved over the years, always a struggle for me and my daughter to find. Great new looking shop and same pricing.
The supervisor woman who served us was rude! She then turned to another member of staff, kicked something on the floor behind the till and ordered them to move it as its "peeing her off." My daughter was watching her behaviour, not acceptable!
Cute accessories for girls/teens but the prices have gone up loads. They do have deals and the teller told me about the buy 3 get 3 free deal on hair and earings which was nice. Prices seem to have increased a lot, hence the 3 stars
Went here for my 5 year olds birthday, got to say I couldn't believe the prices of some of the stuff in this shop, neither could anyone else! There was one guy who asked the cashier if there was a typo on a price tag as a hair grip was being retained for £10!! There was an offer of 6 for 3 at the time but even then the prices were steep. Well stocked and staff were friendly but products were just too pricey for what it was.
Was pleasantly surprised with professionalism and speed at which my daughter's ears were pierced. Thank you
Absolutely disappointed with the customer service, a man served my mother and was so rude!!! Didn’t even offer a bag! Disgusting attitude I think he needs to be re trained with his customer service! Poor service please don’t use!!!
If I could give 0 stars that would be it. The rudest sales lady ever !!!! She was so arrogant and I went 20 min before closing time today. Browsed through and when she started pulling down the shutters I asked if I could leave from one side and she gave the most horrible look as if I did some crime. What a pathetic way to behave to customers.
I came to choose presents for my daughters friends birthday in the upper mall of bluewater, and at the checkout I found out that I can choose extra jewellery, and I already had three items so I went and chose three more items then suddenly my bill was £38. I thought it was a lot and looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged from all the items and the only thing I got for free was the paper bag. So l went back and speak to the cashier and there were four ladies there, all of them not giving very nice looks and the one I spoke to rolled her eyes and passed my receipt to the other lady and said "do this refund". And have a look like I killed her family. The other lady wasn't much more helpful and had attitude. And so I chose to do a full refund, so | can re do the order again, so I could actually choose the original items I wanted in the first place instead of choosing extra items that I was told would be for free. The terms and conditions of the store are not very clear and the attitude and behaviour towards customers in the store is awful. I work in bluewater myself and wouldn't dare roll my eyes at any customers. I'm very disappointed with the service. Thankyou. Kind regards, Balbina Higgins
I can't believe how expensive the stuff was. They had a deal, buy three items and another three free. £27 for three items which were mostly tat the girls wanted to buy. I had to ask if was correct. Sorry Claire's won't be shopping at yours again.
