   I placed an order through Uber Eats, expecting a swift 15-minute delivery, but instead, I was tortured with a monstrous two and a half hour wait! The meat on the pizza was dangerously undercooked, a health hazard that should have never been served. The cookies were so rushed that they were raw and gooey in the center, utterly inedible. The garlic bread was bone-dry, would of been better than eating the box that it came in, and the only minuscule consolation was the Tango drink, which wasn’t even made by them! When I dared to call and inquire about my order, the staff were shockingly rude and dismissive, adding insult to injury. And to add the final, bitter nail in the coffin, this horrific experience left me violently throwing up on the toilet for hours, suffering immensely. This was an utterly disgraceful, infuriating ordeal, and I am beyond livid and deeply disappointed.

   We ordered a pizza on delivery and were met by a rude and condescending delivery driver from their company who was actually lecturing me on how we didn’t inform them on the fact we are staying in a university accommodation. On top of this, we received a bland and plastic like pizza, which we had to throw away due to the taste. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

   I have ordered from this place before and it is usually quite a nice experience. However, this time I ordered a Halal pepperoni but the man on the phone wrote down halal pizza and so I got the wrong one. I called and they said they would send me a new pizza and the right pizza free of charge. When the delivery driver arrived 35 minutes later he demanded I return the wrong pizza in order to get the new one, saying this is what many companies do. I was not told this on the phone and never have had to do this in my life. The driver continued to be very rude before even overstepping into our house where we told him to leave. He gave us the pizzas but said we are not to call again before leaving. So now I am banned from a restaurant where they made the mistake?? This is terrible management and terrible service.

   I ordered pizzas from here for an event, and they were absolutely delicious! The fact that they’re halal was a big plus. Everyone enjoyed them, and they were gone in no time. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

   Update 2 weeks later and still no refund or contact from the restaurant. Ordered pizza from their website over 2 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived. called them numerous times and no answer. previous 5* review: ordered from their website, it arrived within the hour which was the delivery estimate given so no problems with that. Delivery driver was polite and friendly and delivered our order with care. They sent hot wings instead of kickers so we had a bit of a shock when we bit into bone! Chilli cheese crust was just cheese but it was absolutely delicious so I'll let them off for that! All in all, not bad. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.

   Extremely awful customer service. No reply after 10 calls. Dirty and unhygienic place with little care and low standards. Only order if you are too drunk to care. If you honestly enjoy this food you have the palette of a disabled monkey

   I received my pizza in completele shambles. They wouldn't come to the building to drop it off in front of the door, even though it was meant to a contact free delivery. Annnd they got order wrong on top of all of that. It was meant to be a bbq stuffed crust but I received a cheese stuff crust. Such a shame because the pizza was actually tasty but terrible customer service.

   I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger pizza. As we can all see this is mushroom cheese tomato pizza. I ring up to inform this wasn’t my order. The gentleman over the phone says the bacon was hidden under the cheese?? So have a look at the picture see if you can spot the bacon haha. Fair enough you got my order wrong and you refuse to take responsibility for that. Worse part is I’ve ordered this pizza for a guest at my hotel. Haha what a total embarrassment the delivery driver turns up and starts swearing at me because I’ve kept him waiting. I mean why should I pay for them to be cursed? All I’m saying as a hotel receptionist you’ve embarrassed me I’ll literally inform every single guest to never order from your place. You obviously don’t know nothing about customer service. Don’t worry there’s plenty of over pizza places, only so long you can get away with this poor service.
