It's the worst place you can order in Hanley, their service is the worst, the people in there are immigrants and are so racist to other immigrants, thugs they'll steal from you...make you pay extra money for very little food as it's supposed to be..I paid 11 pounds for a one piece chicken and chips but still it was extremely small...
My and my partner always order from here and the food always arrived hot and fresh and promptly. However we ordered food last night and the app said the order is on the way and the driver showed up half an hour later with the food. The food was delivered stone cold, my partner had cheesy chips and he got chips with cold not melted cheese on top. We were later told after we asked for a replacement send out that they only had one delivery driver on a Saturday night who was finished delivering food at 2am.
Ordered from here a few times and always enjoyed it. However tonight we had wrap,chips,zinger meal and chilli poppers. Everything was cold, the meat on the wrap was hard and dry couldn’t even bite through some of it, wrap and chips on burger meal didn’t have the sauces we asked for on and the burger bun was nearly fully black because it was burnt . On top of that it took over an hour for the food to come. Pretty disappointed if I’m honest
Charging ridiculous prices late night thinking youre drunk. I went and ordered small chips donner wrap and chicken donner wrap, didnt get told the price, just the got the scanner up in front of me , turns out i payed exactly 18.99 for that.???? I get it for £17.37 online on their website INCLUDING £3.40 delivery so …?
I would strongly recommend everyone to try this wonderful shop especially the zinger burger meal deal. The owner is so lovely as well. My partner and I are their regular customers. Can’t wait to have our next meal from there.
Not sure where the other reviews came from either people are on drugs or they paid their employees. The drinks and the salad was the freshest thing out the whole order. Had a chicken burger meal that looked like it had been stood on how flat the bread was with no butter nor toastes. And a doner kebab that had more oil than my kitchen frying pan, and dont get me start with the naan bread pretty sure i lost a tooth eating it. Better for playing fisbee with. Certainly wont be ordering from here again.
One of the best take out in Hanley.Just wonderful.The food is amazing.My partner and I are regular customers over other after a long day of work we occasionally go in there for a zinger burger meal it's absolutely wonderful.The spicy zinger patty is just heavenly.The owner is so amazing he is one of the most friendliest guy I have ever met.I would recommend everyone checking it out.
