We ate in at lunchtime. Stools and a small table with no cutlery (small wooden forks on request). No tap water, (small bottles £1.70). Salt and vinegar the only condiment. Very good for a takeaway, the fish and the chips were delicious, not sure that I would eat in again.
Best fish and chips for miles. Beware though, the portions are huge. Little high on the price. 4 large fish, 3 portions of chips and 1 Savoy =£54 but you do get served a lot.

Brilliant service and quality chips. Hole to be back next time I'm near the black horse inn for the pub quiz. This was our pre match/quiz warm up tonight.
Overall pretty alright. Theyve got my order wrong quite a few times but the food that is right is really quite good. The chips are some of the best in the area. It is also a tad bit expensive.
Great place, quiet clean but the TV was on but could make head or tail of whats going on.
Great chippy. Humongous portions, perfectly fried. Large gluten free menu. Can order online and pick up in 15 mins. Always very happy with the service and the food here. Definitely recommend!
Great food and consistent quality, Gluten Free available, great value for money. Friendly staff. Its great to order on line and collect with no waiting around. There is public parking near by , but quite busy at times.
The chips are always over done here They used to be okay but I find them dark not crispy more hard, maybe they need to change the oil, the pie had been done in the microwave and the pastry was hard and the saveloys really are not my cup of tea, we only use them because the other fish and chip shop doesn’t open till 5 pm but I will try to avoid to use them in the future. On a good note the fish is nice
